This unit is on the 6th floor giving superior views of the inner coastal water way. Setting on your balcony that overlooks the bay, you are likely to see dolphins playing in your back yard as you enjoy our beautiful Florida weather. The balcony faces north, so you will not have to worry about the heat of the sun while relaxing in the fresh air. The living room is well furnished with plenty of seating for the family including a 46” flat screen high-def TV with a 3.1 Bose Surround Sound System and a view of the bay. Here we have an open floor-plan so you are not cut off from your family if someone decides to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Pamper yourself in the very large master bedroom and on suite. The bed is a high quality king size bed with another large high-def television. The on suite is equipped with a large garden tub and separate shower. Over-all this master suite is the perfect romantic setting overlooking the bay as well. Don’t worry we did not forget the rest of the family, they have their our bedrooms that are well decorated as well. We booked this condo expecting to see the furniture in the pictures, but when we arrived the furniture was completely different. We were not happy that it say's that there is a big screen tv, and when we got there, there is only a small 25 inch tv in the living room and real small tv's in the bedrooms. even though it wasn't what we saw in the pictures it was still nice. One problem we had is the parking at this condo. I know this has nothing to do with the owners but the building only allows you 2 parking spaces, and we had 3 cars. We called ahead of time and asked about the parking and they told us that we would have to ask when we got there for another spot, but it shouldn't be a problem. However when we got there they told us we could not have an extra spot and that we would have to find a spot on a street to park our other car. Even though all week we were like the only people at the condo, and there were tons of open spaces. We were very upset about this. We ended up having to park our car several blocks away. Even though the parking and the difference in pictures, we had a great vacation here. The condo was close to everything. We walked to the beach and pier 60, and resturants. It was a really great vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo is beautiful, and in a prime location. We basically walked everywhere, in a reasonable amount of time, except to drive in and out of Tampa. The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable and spacious. The view of the bay, from the balcony, is gorgeous as well. Clearwater in general was a great vacation spot, the beaches are wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
