This three bedroom villa is ideal for families or golfing groups. It’s nestled in the pine trees off of the 18th fairway of the Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes. The private pool is only a minute away. Tennis, golf clubhouse, general store and other amenities are within walking distance. The beach, accessible through the Disney Beach House, is a 10 minute walk.
Inside, this villa features a large living room with a wet bar, cable TV, high speed internet access, DVD, VCR and a stereo. The back porch deck has a peaceful view of the 18th and 10th fairways. An electric grill, patio table and chairs make the deck a great spot for entertaining.
The newly remodeled well-stocked kitchen and dining room provide the comforts of home when dining in. Kitchen has beautiful tile floor, new cabinets and granite counter tops.
The master suite features a king-size bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed; Bedroom three has two twin beds. There is a second full bath upstairs as well.

We purchased the Fazio Townhouse because we were familiar with the property, loved the proximity to the beach while not being right on the beach and wanted a "vacation home".

Great vacation Villa!!

We rented this villa for the month of May 2011. We wanted a place to stay that was upscale but not ultra-luxurious; spacious but not extravagant; close to the beach but not ocean-front; and centrally located on the island. This villa is a perfect match for these wishes. The VRBO description of the rooms and accommodations is accurate. What words cannot express, however, is the sense of peace and tranquility we consistently found gazing out from the open-air deck through a stand of majestic oaks dripping with Spanish moss to the rolling expanse of the golf course fairway. I'm a serious tennis player, so the hour of free tennis at the world-class PD tennis center was a real plus (saved me $30 a day). A three minute walk or a one minute bike ride across the bridge behind Alexander's restaurant lands you at the tennis center. If you are not already connected with a partner/opponent, you can easily find a game using the "Need a Game" book at the Pro Shop. Or play in one of the mixed doubles Round Robins each afternoon, where you find players for the rest of your stay. You can access the beach from any of numerous paths spanning the ?3 miles of beach. Easiest is at the PD beach at the Disney Beach Club--three minutes by bike; maybe 7 by foot. Plenty of free parking--no hassle at all. The beach slopes gently and typically has gentle waves--great for little kids or a lazy dip; not so great if you're a teenager looking to body surf. Water temp is typically in the upper 70s in May. Recreational bikers like my wife and me can choose from the beach (hard packed sand easily bikeable except at absolute high tide), the bike paths and streets of the PD residential neighborhoods, and the bike paths along 278 and Pope Avenue. I cannot count how many times I said to myself "I can't believe how beautiful this is" as I biked around Palmetto Dunes. The trees create a strikingly beautiful framework, and many of the homes will leave you slack-jawed. Unless you are physically unable, biking is a "must do." Your pool is about 40 yards away from your door--you just have to walk past three villas. The pool is plenty big with a nice deck and plenty of comfortable loungers. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 for beauty. We were often the only family there. So over-all, I give this villa an 8 for luxury, a 9 for spaciousness and convenience, and a 10 for value. Most importantly, it gets you into Palmetto Dunes, which I find to be the best vacation locale on Hilton Head.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented this townhouse villa for one week during the Heritage Golf Tournament and it was just great! Very well appointed with great comfy beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a large pot to boil the great local shrimp in!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
