  We really had a wonderful time. The home could not have been better. Everything was as promised and more. It all worked without any problems and no disappointment's. Ice cream at one end of the street and the beach at the other. The yard was perfect. We will try to be back next spring and there is a chance our son's family will want to come back in the fall. I have already recommended it to a co-worker. My fear is that it will be over booked since it is a find. The owner took care of all of our needs./ It is truly per friendly.

  This property is fantastic. Super clean. Super comfortable and tastefully done. Bedrooms are nice size and common areas are quite large. Perfect for the family including the dog. The bay beach is beautiful and dog friendly.The owner could not have been nicer. 15 minutes to Cape May and the Wildwood beaches. There are several wineries in the area. Fish and Fancy has good takeout seafood and the Milky Way is the best for ice cream - both just a short walk away. We would absolutely stay here again.

  The description and photos are very accurate. The home is very clean and well-maintained. Christine was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this property and would enjoy returning. The location is really terrific. Walking down the street to the bay was super convenient, great sunsets, nice beach/sand and my dogs loved running it! Cape May seems 5 minutes away. The restaurants are fabulous and their celebration of Xmas really gets you in the spirit. Everything you need is minutes away. The area is a lovely post-summer season spot. There are many year round residents. Most of the great restaurants remain open Th-Sun. Look forward to returning. Thank you!

  My husband, son, 2 dogs and I stayed here for a weekend getaway in the fall. This is a great house in a really cute area. Extremely short walk to the bay beach. Short ride to Central Cape May, Sunset Beach, Cape May Light, and more. Sunset over the Delaware Bay was amazing! It is nice to find a well-kept, pet-friendly house in a quiet location at the Jersey Shore. The owner was extremely easy to work with.

  We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful house! We just went for a short weekend, but it was a very welcoming place to stay and VERY clean when we arrived. Just a short drive to other locations, which was very convenient. I'd recommend this rental to anyone, whether just for a few days or even for a longer vacation. Everything you need is there, just bring your food & beverages!!!

  I really only have good things to say about the house and the owners. The house was large, comfortable, and so close to the beach! It was also spotless when we arrived. When I say spotless, I mean SPOTLESS. I have never stayed at a hotel (even a high end hotel) that was as clean as this house was when we arrived. All of the rooms were tastefully decorated with modern, pretty beach themes in soft hues. It was not cheesy looking at all (unlike some other beach houses I have seen). The appliances are all brand new and work very well. The outdoor shower was awesome! It was large enough for us to take our large dog in there to rinse off after playing on the beach. I also liked that we were provided with everything we needed for the beach (all new and clean), because with a dog and a baby, we didn't have much room in the car for things like beach chairs and umbrellas. The town of Villas is cute and quiet, and the bay is beautiful. The water was warm, the surf wasn't rough, and the sand was soft. At least when we were there, it was not crowded, and the locals that we met at the beach were very friendly. It was exactly what we wanted, a peaceful place near the water where we could just relax. Villas had several good places to eat (I highly suggest getting popcorn shrimp from Fish and Fancy!), and it was a short drive to Cape May and some of the more touristy places. Dog owners should know that the yard is in the process of being fully fenced, which will make the house even better (a perfect 10, as another reviewer said).

  The owners always got back to me via phone or email quickly with any questions or conerns. This beach home is well kept and clean. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with beach and sand themes, which goes well with the location in Cape May Villas. The house is much larger inside then the front shot picture of the house leads you to believe. The outdoor shower was wonderful after a day at the Bay with our doggie :) The central air is great, brand new huge frig and freezer. Plus the washer and dryer worked great. There is a wonderful flag pole that just needs a flag! The only negative I could say about the home is the backyard needs some work and if fenced in this home would be a perfect 10. We could not enjoy the backyard as much as we would have liked since our dog always had to be leashed. Its nice to enjoy sitting around the bbq and being secure that your dog is playing with toys near you, the fence for our family would have added this extra sense of security. Even without the fence we booked this home already for a week in summer 2013. I encourage families, dog owners, and couples to rent this lovely home.

  Our stay at this lovely home was fabulous! The place was newly remodeled, sparkly clean, and totally equipped. It was a perfect location near beaches, golfing and great restaurants. The owners were extremely pleasant and so easy to work with! The little fish market at the corner of the street had the best crab cakes that we have ever tasted, as well as many delicious fresh fish choices. I would highly recommend this vacation getaway to all others! Hopefully we can experience this beautiful spot once again.

  We spent our family vacation in this nice house - walking distance to the Bay. With my kids in and out it was a great place to stay. And btw: watching the London Olympic games all the time. We can highly recommend the house.

  When you enter the home the smell of clean hits you right away. The bedrooms are made beautifully and there is a sense of comfort throughout the house. From the outside it looks much smaller then it truely is indoor. There was plenty of room within the home for myself, boyfriend, parents, and my doggie :) We didnt cook out but there was a lovely set up outback with a table and chairs and umbrella, a long with a grill. The only negative I can say about the home is that the backyard was not fenced in and therefore we didnt use it as much as we would of liked. In the previous home we rented our dog loved the freedom of running around and playing with toys unleashed in the fenced in backyard. It gave everyone a sense of security. The owners were so easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns that arised. Other then this we loved the home so much we booked it again for the same week next year. Were hoping the owners fence in the backyard and spruse up the backyard as a whole, then this home would be a perfect 10!
