    Spotless and nicely decorated. Loved the view from all the windows. It would have been nice to have a few more coffee mugs and water glasses. The full-size mattress in the third bedroom was not very comfortable - you could feel the springs when you lay down on it.

    We loved our stay in this condo. There is plenty of room, it's quiet, and it's gorgeous with a perfect view of the ocean. The beach wasn't crowded, and we saw dolphins, pelicans, and lovely sunrises every day. Our 14 year-old loved the two pools. There<br/> are lots of good restaurants nearby, and St. Augustine is only a short drive away. Palm Coast is one of the best kept secrets in Florida. We will definitely be back!

    My family and I had the best beach vacation ever. The condo, nestled half way between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, gave us plenty of opportunities to play tourist in several directions. The beach itself is beautiful, and we enjoyed swims in the ocean<br><br/>pool. Our condo offered several ocean views from a huge lanai, was furnished nicely, and had a great kitchen, where we prepared mackerel and barricuda my grandson caught at Ponce Inlet. Hated to leave and plan to return!

    Pro's: Location, views, security, spacious condo, un-crowded beach, ability to watch sealife from beach and balcony. Immaculate grounds and beach. Great check-in/out procedure.<br/>Con's: High priced considering long walk to pool, much of it on the road. Construction traffic and noise a distraction. A bit over-the-top with rules around pool areas. Please decide if you are going to be a family or retirement community to remove the uncomfortable air around the pools.

    This unit had everything we needed: ocean view,pelicans flying right past our large deep balcony and great dog walks. Beautifully furnished: an oasis in a manicured park setting and yet close to local attractions.     Wish we could be retired and just live here. The unit is excellent and has everything you need. It is very quiet and the view is amazing and relaxing. It is off the beaten path enough but not too much. The grocery store is close by. The Pools are wonderful. Totally loved it. Three minor things 1-The dishwasher needs to be bolted to the floor. 2-The sofa in the living room is not a sleeper sofa as listed 3-Instructions for switching from Cable to DVD would be helpful - and there were surround sound speakers but couldn't figure out how that worked. Overall A++++

    We had a wonderful time and hope to return! Being very nit-picky, these are a few things I'd like to see changed: I feel for what we paid, at least 6 rolls of toilet paper should be supplied. Also for the price of the condo I feel that the majority of the departure cleaning was expected from us. I believe hauling the garbage to the garage without a hefty garbage bag was beyond the call of our duty. I would like to see the checkout time be extended to noon--while paying for 4 days we got only 3 plus a few hours. I'm also hoping the community will soon be recycling. It would also be nice if the property would have a place where beach umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. could be rented, since guests flying to and from are prohibited from bringing these items. The above comments would not keep us from staying there again--but if they were implemented, our review would change from almost heaven to perfection!

    Everything about our experience at Cinnamon Beach was fabulous with the exception of less than friendly staff when we called with questions. We will definately stay here again. The location is perfect for day trips to St Augustine, Daytona, and Disney. The condo was beautiful; the beach was secluded; couldn't ask for more!

    We loved the condo and the location and the beach. We will definitely be back. The condo was beautiful, the view was breathtaking. One note, the people staying in the condo next to us had two dogs. They were leaving them out on the deck & they would not stop barking. We called security and they responded immediately. Within 10 minutes the dogs were taken inside & we didn't hear them the rest of the visit. That incident could have ruined our trip but it was handled instantly. Thank you for enforcing the rules.

    This condo is fantastic. You feel like you're visiting someone's home and not in another generic rental unit. Tastefully decorated with plenty of extras including flat screen TV's, comfortable pillow top mattress, thick towels, beach chairs, high balcony table/chairs and outdoor lounge furniture to name a few. Perfect for dolphin watching! The scrabble game was a big hit for indoor fun.<br/>My only suggestion to make this condo absolutely perfect would be to include a few more kitchen utensils, especially dinner forks, bowls and a wire whisk for making pancakes. <br/>This really is a pergect spot, we can't wait to return!

    What a fantastic holiday, made by a wonderful condo overlooking the ocean. For once the adverts didn't lie. The sea was mesmeric & we did see the dolphins at play, in fact they even came to say goodbye to us on the last day by parading up & down the beach in front of the balcony.<br/>The accommodation was extremely spacious & fitted out to a very high standard. All the fittings were very tasteful & all in all it felt like home. Because we like wine, we left some extra wine glasses for the next occupiers.<br/>In addition to the above, whenever there were any problems (which were few & far between & of a minor nature), they were dealt with expediently.<br/>To sum up, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by VRPros

    I loved Cinnamon,Beach,the only thing I was hoping to be close to Staint Augstine Fl I didnt know this was so far from everything,and once you found the place it was very hard to leave and find it again it took me about one hour to find the right gate twice.But other than that it was awesome

The area is quite scenic and the shops are hidden behind greenways to make it look for beautiful and natural like Hilton Head. I apologize if you did not get this information because there are some very nice restaurants that I personally enjoy just a few minutes away.     Our family had a great time at Cinnamon Beach and didn't want to come home! We loved hanging out on the beach and at the pools. Everyone enjoyed being able to stay at the pool and order lunch from the Grille instead of having to go back to the room everyday. We saw 3 beautiful rainbows during our stay, as well as a couple of dolphins!! We hope to come again.

    Our only problems:<br/>- the loud neighbors above us<br/>- tranquility pool had kids every day. We though the sign said no kids at that pool. But, overall, Cinnamon Beach is fantastic and we're interested in ownership opportunities.

    we had a great stay. our condo was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. we traveled with a large group and saw several other condos and ours was the nicest as well as well stocked. the pool was great the recommended restaurants were right on. the golf recommendations were right on. we would definitely return.

Convenient location to just about everything, breathtaking ocean views, sunrises & swimming dolphins.
