Villa Diana is set in the midst of the Umbrian Hills between Todi and Orvieto and offers you the choice of a short or a long holiday. A charming, light and airy dwelling, recently built in the traditional local farmhouse style with wooden beams, and arches and ceilings in handmade brick.

Villa Diana is surrounded by an oak tree wood and set in a large fenced olive grove with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The large swimming pool (6 meters by 12 meters) is located a few meters from the house. The well-kept garden is provided with comfortable garden furniture and outside cooking facilities ( barbecue and oven).

The tastefully furnished and cozy comfortable house is also equipped with satellite TV. The electronically operated main entrance gates ensure your total privacy for a quiet and enjoyable holiday.

Villa Diana is structured as follow:
Ground Floor:
Large comfortable kitchen with typical Umbrian fireplace. Arched French window giving panoramic view and opening on to patio eating area. Large dining room and two living room one of theme with sofa bed and TV.

First Floor:
Two double bedrooms
(one of them with own bathroom and TV)
Single room with two beds and small loft, bathroom with shower. Arched French window giving light, looking on to large patio and garden with olive trees.
