    Condo was nice and well stocked with utensils, plate, dishes, etc. Could use a cookie and/or pizza sheet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 matresses are firm. The bathroom doors need clothe hangers installed on the back of them. Living room carpet could use a steam cleaning. Overall the unit is very nice and well suited for large family.

    The condo at Cinnamon Beach was awesome, we loved it. It was very clean and Comfortable. We had lots of room so we did not feel crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and whatever you would need to cook with. The location was perfect, it was away from all the hussle, but yet close enough if you needed to make a store run. The grounds and area was very clean and beautiful. The best part was waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and enjoying a cup of coffee from your own balcony. I highly recommend this as a vacation spot to anyone. We will stay again.

    We were there with our two young kids and the week went by without a hitch. The condo is extremely vast, the view is the best thing of all, you are right on the beach. The condo is very comfortable, the bathrooms are a bit dated but clean (ready for a<br/> mildew cleanup in the baths and shower though). The kitchen is very well equiped but missing scissors. The beach is perfect with young kids. Overall stay was 5 stars. Thank you

    Over the years we have stayed at many places throughout the St. Augustine area. This is by far the best place we have stayed. Everything was very accessible and my kids loved everything. The condo was very spacious and the beach was amazing. Can't wait to come back next year!

    We would recommend that the condos provide more carts for bringing up luggage and groceries. We made trip after trip to bring up our belongings. Seemed like one family monopolized it when we were leaving and we never saw one when we got there.

    Overall, an excellent experience. Only issues were: hot water from the cold water taps in kitchen and all baths was aggravating. The cafes were the pools were closed during the week but we were still prohibited from bringing a cooler for drinks, etc.

    I have never placed a review on anything before, but I hope I can help others to have the vacation of their dreams just as my family just did by writing this review. I cannot list all the places we have stayed over the years trying to get that oceanfront vacation experience, only to be disappointed everytime. THAT WASN'T THE CASE THIS TIME!!! Everything was so perfect, We were looking right down on the beach from our private balcony (if you had the sliding glass door open you couldn't hear the tv over the waves, it is that close to the beach!). We are a family of 6 and NEVER felt cramped or crowded ever, the condo is huge and very exquisite, you will feel like your staying in Donald Trumps beach house.<br/>We spent alot of time at the pool which is gorgeous at the club house sipping pina coladas and watching the kids swim. I was very impressed with the other pool as well with its calm and peaceful atmosphere, (imagine stting by a pool staring at the ocean only a few feet away)Both pools are a very, very short walk from the condo. (We actually walked down the beach to them<br/>The condo made me feel as though we had relocated our own home to the beach, it was clean, neat, I guess the best word would be immaculate. The grounds were beautiful, you can drive for miles around the compound and be just aww struck by the level of professionalism and attention to detail that went into designing this resort community. We took advantage of the beach equipment rental service supplied by Big Bill's that is listed on the information you recieve when you book your condo, his prices were terrific, we rented 4 boogie boards, 2 loungers, an umbrella with the sand auger which made putting it up yourself a breeze and a cart to transport everything around easily. He delivered the equipment and picked it up from the condo and the fees for all this for a week was less than what we have paid at other beaches for a couple days.<br/><br/>The Palm Coast area where this is located is qui

    our entire family fled to the eastern shore this year for obvious reasons. The resort and accomodations were spectacular. My only complaint was the beach chair situation. We are used to renting on a weekly basis with someone setting up and taking down daily. Work on that one!

    We had the most beautiful view that you could ask for! The property could use a little spring cleaning. We had a problem with the coffee pot and I called to report it and within 10 minutes they brought us a brand new one still in the box! The condo has lots of towels and even beach towels. They had sand toys, boogie board, and beach chairs in the laundry closet. This was a great place and I would definately stay there again!

    Thank you for the opportunity to comment. We enjoyed our stay and thankful we found this location. Loved the quiet resort and beauty of it all. I do have a suggestion. There needs to be better signage about the boulders/rocks between bldg 700 and 800 that is on the beach. When a visitor comes - goes into water at high tide not knowing there is rocks. We watched person after person coming out with injury - cuts and such. I suggest posting at the end of boardwalk and in the info sheets you prepare. People do not realize what is there until low tide comes!! Golf information needs to be updated. Several of the course listings were inaccurate. One was closed and Ocean Hammock will not allow Cinnamon Beach Renters to use the practice facilities apart from a full package. Again thank you and we really enjoyed. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating.

    We loved our stay at Cinnamon Beach. We loved the layout of our unit as it was very spacious and had a fantastic view; my kids each had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband was working from the unit while we were there and the condo was big enough so that we were not all on top of each other.<br/>The unit is getting a bit tired - linens and towels need replacing and some of our glasses were cracked. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom lamp and answering machine were not working.<br/>The grounds are wonderful and well kept. We loved the pools, especially the "kids" pool. It was too bad that the cafe wasn't open earlier to meet the needs of the guests. The splash pad is not intended for childern under 5, which is confusing given that the kids interested in it are under that age. If you lighten the water pressure on the splash pad it would be appropriate for younger kids. <br/>The elevators are the slowest ever- bu i suppose that was okay because we mostly took the stairs and that is good exercise. <br/>We had an issue with the tile floors in our unit when we first arrived as we found them dirty; i didn't get a timely response from the cleaning number posted in the unit, but when i contacted to owner of VRPros, he corrected the issue immediately; i had the on site manager contact me right away to clean the floors professionally.<br/><br/>We would love to return - this is the perfect place for young families or extended family get togethers - we were very pleased and hope to return next year!

    This unit had a screen door that did not stay on track on the balcony.Also the bedroom windows were very dirty which made it difficult to take int the beautiful view.

    The beach was nice but beware of the rocks. You will not see the rocks during high tide, so you may get hurt trying to get deeper in the water

    Great place to rest. Furniture in good conditions. Few drawers for 8 people clothes. Few pots in the kitchen and no plastic containers. Towels a little worn by used. There is not beach service in the facilities as rental chair/umbrellas.

    Accomodations were Great...the beach had huge rocks that could injure people, not knowing that they are there. Because it was so crowded where there were no "rocks", it might be helpful to move these so the people could spread out and enjoy the ocean without "sitting" on top of each other!

    We were very happy with our condo at Cinnamon Beach. There were no crowds, no noise and no traffic that you would find at other Spring Break locations. We had a wonderful time. Our 2 daughters loved the lake side swimming pool with the kids play area. The condo was huge and we all had room to move around and not be under each other all of the time. The kitchen was also great, we usually ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and went out to dinner. Everything we needed to cook was there. This was a very enjoyable vacation and we can't wait to go back.

    Great condo and pools if you're not into swimming in the ocean or long beach walks. Beach is not easy to walk on and has large rocks in the surf. Only issue with the condo is bad cell service for AT&T.

    We stayed last weekend and had a great time. LOVED the ocean view and the layout of the condo. The entire family really enjoyed themselves. A few recommendations would be new sheets as some of the sheets and comforters were pilled and seemed old. The couches seemed to be older and alittle smelly. Also- a few more items in the kitchen would have been nice but we managed. The check in and out was very easy which was nice. This condo is just great for its location!     My vacation stay was with 4 grandchildren (ages 6 months to 14 years), my son and his wife and me. There was ample room and things to do to keep the children happy and Grandma enjoying their company. We are Floridains and we are very familiar with all the beaches that Florida has to offer.
