    Very lovely condo, all the amenities, comfortable beds. Alot of room for six with no feeling of crowding. Views wonderful and restful. Our only complaint was the renters upstairs. Very loud and rude, could easily hear much of their visit. Apparently running and jumping were indoor activities. That ruined our 2nd week. Did call security, after we tried to talk to them, and that helped, but just too much noise. Think may have been too ma

    We just got back from a week @ Ocean Hammock. Highly recommend and will repeat again. Condo was great, service from VRP was outstanding from beginning to end. Golfed twice, would not recommend the &quot;Grand&quot; courses, even at the price. Went to Slammer &amp;Squire<br/> at World golf village, much nicer, etc. Also highly recommend Big Bill's Beach Stuff. We loved the location.<br/>

    Nice condo and beautiful view. Several minor repairs are needed (and I'm sure they will be done) but this was a beautiful unit and well equipped.

    The condo was very large and beautiful. The complex is very nice and we loved the beach and both pools, plus our 3yr old enjoyed the splash park. Several items in the condo were poor quality, however - entry grade appliances, had issues with dishwasher<br/> (wasn't secured) and microwave (door handle was broken), had trouble with hot water the first two days but that was resolved, and the general fit and finish was not perfect. Also, it is a pretty long walk to the pool and beach from the condo. All in all, we<br/> would recommend this condo, but not without reservation.

    We are a family of 6 (5 adults and 1 toddler) and this condo was perfect for us. More than enough space, perfectly equipped for preparing our own meals and do some laundry! The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. The beach is great and uncrowded.<br/>Pool facilities were wonderful, especially the children's “splash zone”. I would definitely return and will tell friends about it.

    Did you have a good overall stay? Yes, our stay overall was good. <br/>Was the vacation rental in a great location? When we arrived we were surprised that the building we had rented in was being painted. Once we got into our unit we noticed that all the windows were tape off and we could not have stayed in this unit due to the painting. We called the management and was given two other units to look at. We choose one of the units that met our needs. The management said that they had tried to reach us for 3 weeks. That could not have been true. I received one e-mail at 2:30 on the day we arrived. We were in route to the condo and did not receive the e-mail until all of the confusion was over. Since painting is not an emergency maintenance, we feel this should have been addressed weeks before our arrival. The management gave us a refund, however we could not come up with his calculations. He said it would be 25% of the cost, but we could not calculate any of the charges to come up with the amount credited our charge card. It would have been helpful if he could have shown how he came up with the credit. I don't think it was 25% of the cost of the unit like he said. <br/>Was the home clean and in good shape? Yes <br/>Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? We felt like he gave us the run around with the painting issues. Sales persons should remember that truth is always the best option. To say he had tried to contact us and that our contact information was unavailable was simply not true. He should of said I screwed up, but let me help you now. That would have been truthful and we can understand that. We worried about paint getting on our car, but luckly it did not. And then he gives us a credit we don't understand. Not a good way to encourage repeat business. <br/>

    This unit is beautiful, both in location and decoration. The furniture is very nice and there is a real coastal feel to it. The towels are great quality and there are plenty of them. The decor is whimsical and of a high standard. The view is spectacular and cannot be beat. The downside to our stay however was significant. The people in the unit above us were unbelieveable! They were noisy and rowdy, often until well past midnight. It is very hard to believe there were only 8 people in the unit, because they sounded like two or three times that many. The noise they made was not a normal amount, sometimes it was like they were bowling and sometimes like a rehearsing circus troupe. Jumping, jumping, jumping. They showed no consideration for anyone else, often up and noisy until after midnight and up before seven a.m. One night my sister was woken from a sound sleep by their front door slamming at 1:30 am! I would reccommend this property in a heartbeat, but I would suggest looking for a penthouse unit as this is too much money to suffer as we did for the week. We have stayed before one building over and did not have any trouble like this so I know it is not the norm.

    I would have liked a few wine glasses in the condo. The pool guy was a little over the top about no drinks near the pool I understand the rule but they were only a handful of people there and we all had cups and it was the adult pool The first day no one was at the concession stand and we wanted a meal as we had just arrived. We ended up running to the store which no one wanted to do. Beautiful place and we will come back soon.

    Very nice, very quiet and secluded. Grill by pool had very friendly people. Rocks are beautiful! My 17 year old daughter (biology lover) spent hours going over them when the tide was out. Only problem was at night when it sounded like people moving chairs across the floor above until 1 or 2 in the morning. I will be going back though--just requesting a top floor.

    When we arived at the condo we were in aww. The pictures did not do this amazing condo justice. There was pleanty of space for the 7 of us. The property was spectacular. We will definalty be coming back for future vacations. The location is perfect, close enough to the major attractions like disney and st. augustine's but secluded enough to not have to deal with heavy tourist crowds.

    Watched the sun rise every morning. Even saw dolphins playing in the ocean. Close to gorgeous pool and the beach was right outside the door. Excellent vacation!

    We usually vacation in Hilton Head, but the owners of 835, and the extremely helpful staff at VRPros made the extra 3 hour drive well worth it. This property was extremely clean and comfortable. Pools were fantastic. Like most reviews before, we have to say the rocks were a nuissance at low tide. Would also be nice to have a swing on the patio :)<br/>The staff at VRPros was extremely pleasant to work with and special thanks to Debi in accounting for being so kind and getting me the perfect tee time on such short notice.

    The property was absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed the adult pool although there were kids there flipping off of the wall in the deep end. Our family enjoyed playing pool at the club house. It became a tournament for us and was a lot of fun. The last night we were not able to get onto the table because there were too many people waiting to play and the club house closed at 9:00pm. Maybe for summer hours they could stay open until 10:00 pm. <br/>In one of the emails I got about the trip it said there were chairs and umbrellas as well as towels at the club house you could take to the beach. They stopped that months ago. Need to update the email. No biggy for us. We had an umbrella and put sheets down to lay on.<br/>We sent into St Augustine and had a great time. Ate at Barnacle Bill's and O.C. Whites. Highly recommend both. Great seafood. I recommend taking A1A from Palm Coast to St Augustine. Very nice scenic ride. <br/>We also took an air boat ride with Captain Josh . That was probably the highlight of the trip!<br/>All in all it was a wonderful trip and would do it again!

    It was our third stay in Palm Coast (all booked with Vacation Rental Pros). As usual, we really enjoyed our time in Palm Cost and the condo. Our kids also appreciated the beach and the pool. It's a great place for a familly vacation.

    We couls not have been more satisfied with our recent vacation to cinnamon beach. This was our sec ond year in unit 835. Everything was very luxurious and clean. My family and I loved spending time at the pools and on the beach. We especially loved the oceanview from the porch. We highly recommend this vacation location.

    We enjoyed our "Mother's Day Get Away" over a long week-end stay. We stayed in another unit at Cinnamon Beach last year and this one was equally wonderful. Love the 3 bedroom/bathroom floor plan since we have 4 generations staying at the same time. Would highly recommend to everyone !

    It was great and we love the unit. Like last year, we said we were unhappy with the patio furniture for such a nicely decorated oceanfront unit. Also, the bedspreads, carpet and upholstered furniture could use cleaning, as people rent it gets a little scary! But it was beautiful and we still love this unit and building. Sorry about the car thing...

    We stayed in this property over the holidays and it was superb! We definitely would come back. The furnishings were elegant, the views were fantastic, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the overall "feeling" was wonderful. Our family had an extremely enjoyable, quiet and relaxing vacation that included several long walks and day trips to nearby attractions (Daytona and St Augustine). We were truly spoiled and the experience has set the bar very high for our future vacation condo rentals at other locations. I expect this property to remain at the top of our the list.

    This was an extremely nice condo. It was very clean with cute decorations. It was a spacious condo and since it was a corner unit the view was unbelievable. The only disappointment was the beach. If you're wanting to stay on the beach everyday and swim in the ocean, this is not the place. The cinnamon-colored sand was pretty, but the ocean was dangerous. There were huge boulders and rocks that could only be seen at low tide. If you're just looking for a very nice place to relax and just enjoy the view, I would recommend Cinnamon Beach. It was just a short walk to the pools, and they were great! St. Augustine and Daytona are very close by.
