    We enjoyed our stay, and the unit was executive level with a view of the golf course and ocean. For a winter stay, though, we would have preferred a south facing balcony to get some sun, and the furniture wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. Overall it was a good place to stay for the price we paid.

    The unit was exactly as presented in the pictures online...very roomy, upscale decor, &amp; beautiful view from lanai. The entire complex &amp; its ammenities far exceeded our expectations. The buildings &amp; grounds were highly maintained. The provisions for dog<br/> walkers made us &amp; our puppy feel very welcomed. No major issues- everything was in working order. We hope to make this an annual family destination!

    Have just spent a lovely week at 242 Cinnamon Beach, great view of the golf course and ocean beyond. Apartment was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Pool and games room were great, lots of sun loungers and attentive staff. Had a problem with one of the TVs but it was our fault and the maintenance guy was very quick to get back to us to help. We also had a problem with making and receiving telephone calls, again it could have been our lack of knowledge about how to use the telephone facilities but this still could do with checking out as it could be a faulty handset.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach. The weather could have been better the week we were there, but that aside, the unit was very clean, had a great view, and the location and facilities were excellent. We would certainly look to stay at Cinnamon Beach in the future.<br/> <br/>But I did think the sheets in the master bedroom could have been replaced. Otherwise everything was great.<br/>

    Very Satisfied with location,very clean,helpful management and I would return. Disappointed with poor quality of dishes and most of the kitchen appointments. Chipped dishes not acceptable.     It was our second time to Cinnamon Beach and once again it is wonderful to have very few people on the beach as we love to take our dog. We really enjoyed not having a crowded beach.

    Only complaint was the beach sand is hard on feet due to being comprised of crushed shells instead of sand. However the absolute lack of crowds made it worth the painful feet.

    It was a beautiful place to stay. I loved that it was tucked away and that there was no noise. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy the whole time we were there so we never got to the beach. The electricity was out the first day we were there and there was a humming sound in the electrical closet the whole time we were there as well. We were able to get maintenance to come in and take care of it but we waited for quite awhile before they did. The grounds are not well marked in the dark, so we had a difficult time when we first arrived finding our way around. The numbers on the buildings are not easy to see in the evening. At one point, the elevator was not working as the maintenance folks were working on the overall electrical situation, but that did get fixed.<br/>I loved the decor and the layout of #242 and the beds were really comfortable!<br/>Thank you again for letting us stay. In spite of the rain, it was a great place to vacation at and relax.

    actual condo - when we arrived we were just so amazed and impressed at the quality and luxury that we found. We felt very welcome and perused the brochures left by other guests on places to eat and visit in the area. The condo was spotless and we were well equipped for the first couple of days with various necessities which was so welcoming. A couple of issues were very nicely dealt with by maintenace (the screen door needed fixing, and we did not realize about the dimmer switch in the main bathroom). Our only comment might be that we would like to see recycling at the resort in the future, if that is at all possible. We would certainly return to Cinnamon Beach and have also recommended it to my brother for next year (he loves to golf). Many thanks for a lovely winter respite - right now we are in the middle of a snow storm here in Ontario, Canada! Happy spring!

    We loved this unit and complex, it was beautifully decorated. The beach and ocean were great, too!!The pool's were great, a little warm for us. The only downside was the poolside bar not being open and the check-in process needs to be improved. Otherwise, it's a great destination!!
