This beautiful home in the Southern Highlands of Las Vegas is in a beautiful neighborhood. Its very close to shopping and local casinos. It is a very short drive to the Las Vegas strip. (Cab fee is roughly $35). This home is 3200 sq ft and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All of the furniture, televisions, linens, etc were purchased in Jan 2012. There is a flatscreen televisions in each room, and DVR capability is available in the living room. The spa and pool have temperature control settings to allow for year round swimming. There is an office space available and high speed internet (wifi) throughout the house. There is a beautiful sunroom with a sofa sleeper if needed. The bedroom layouts are below:
Living room - 60 in High Def TV with DVR capability, reclining couches and chairs, electric fireplace.
Master bedroom - King bed, 40 in Flatscreen TV, seperate bathtub and shower in master bath. Large walk in closet
Bedrooms 2 & 3 - Queen bed, 32 in Flatscreen TV
Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen beds, 32 in Flatscreen TV
Bedroom 5 - 2 Full beds, 24 in Flatscreen TV
The patio has a BBQ grill available for use and there is a mountain view from the balcony. We also have a baby crib available in the master bathroom closet.

This was a gorgeous place, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It was nice to get away from the strip for a few hours and then have a short drive to get right back to it. I would defiantly visit again from Missouri.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

The owner was super easy to work with and the house was clean, neat and orderly. The deposit was returned promptly!. We had a group come in from around the country and we all stayed comfortably at this home. We had a family with 2 kids as part of our group. The kids loved the pool. We were able to get to and from the strip in around 15 min each way. Very easy access to the highway, conveniently located near a supermarketet and only about 5 min from the M Hotel/Casino. There's an office that is in the front of the house away from the hustle and bustle of a large group that was great for taking some work calls and VPN access over the wifi. for some remote work support. The home has a nice large kitchen for cooking. The grill out back worked great. Everyone had a great time! Absolutely no complaints and I would choose to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I go to Vegas every year with another couple. This year we took our daughter for the first time. We decided to stay away from the strip. This home was the PERFECT place for all 5 of us! Tons of room, accomadations are FANTASTIC! MORE room in the entire house than we needed. Everything we needed was on hand, and the home was very clean and extremely well maintained. GREAT location, close to the strip (15 min drive), local casinos were less than 5 minutes. SUPER nice area/location, parks, grocery, shopping and anything you need is within 5 minutes from home. The pool/hot tub/patio area was AWESOME! we spent time in or around the pool multiple times a day and evening, SUPER nice and relaxing! The owners and management team were very accomadating and helpful with all of our needs! AWESOME change of pace from the strip, MOST relaxing Vegas trip we've ever had! Would HIGHLY recommend this property! If you are looking for a great option for a large group or want privacy for a smaller group, this is the perfect house to rent. The house was absolutely as advertised, clean, and very comfortable. Our group of 6 was on a mountain bike trip and having the garage was great - you'll want this feature if you are doing an outdoor adventure. And it was less than 15 mins from the center of the strip - we made daily commutes via taxi without issue. I would absolutely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

This property remains my favorite place to stay when I'm on vacation. Clean, well decorated, comfortable, and located in close proximity to the strip, national parks, and a variety of other family friendly activities. Cab fare to the home from the strip was cheap (around 30 bucks for 4 people) and other casinos (The M, South Point, etc) were located extremely close to the property. The neighborhood is nice, and the property manager was easy to deal with and followed through with everything agreed to. A+++++++++Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family and I went to Vegas for a week, I did not feel like staying io the strip so we looked for rentals and found this, I was so happy the floor plan is perfect, safe area, GREAT location! We went to parks for the kids, hiking as a family, shopping, and great places to eat. Pool is so great and relaxing!! The owners were very nice and easy to deal with.
