  We drove in to run the Rock n Roll Marathon. We loved the neighborhood and all the small restaurants available. The house was a perfect base to relax before the race and celebrate after. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay again when we return to beautiful San Diego!!!

  Nice, clean older house in a good location. We were a group of 5 friends, (one couple and three singles) and it was comfortable and had a good kitchen. Would have liked to stay a few more days and explore the city more. My husband and I loved that it was within walking distance to Veg 'N Out, Balboa park and a wine bar!

  My family of four (2 adults, 2 young kids) stayed at this home for a long weekend. It was clean and had every thing we needed on site. The location was great for getting to lego land, sea world, balboa park (the zoo), and downtown. The area was nice and has a great pizza place, corner market and coffee shop all around the corner. We would stay here again without hesitation next time we are in San Diego!

  We live in Wisconisn and have children living in three other states. Staying in this very comfortable home was a perfect way for us to be together under one roof as we were prepared for our daughter's wedding. It was so much better than being in separate hotel rooms. The home was clean, and felt very comfortable for all of us. The owner was very accomodating and responsive to all my communications. I would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay again!

  Everything as expected. Clean and comfortable. Excellent communications. Would recommend this to friends and family. 5 minutes from the Zoo and Balboa Park. Would love to stay there again if visiting San Diego next time.

  Love the property, loved the location everything was as advertised and the house was fantastic. We were there for a long weekend (August 9th-13th) with family to celebrate my nieces deployment. Five of us stayed in the house and it was very comfortable. I would certainly stay in the house again. Easy access to interstates and all things San Diego lots of great eateries in North Park. Do not believe any of the negative reviews. This house was fantastic and Gail was extremely hospitable and professional and let us host a Birthday party one evening. We also received our security deposit back within 24 hours of vacating the residence. Thank you so much the house made the weekend ever more so memorable.

  Our family stayed here with friends traveling from outside the U.S.- Gail is a wonderful owner and delightful to work with (honest, prompt, helpful and thoughtful), the house was beautiful and well appointed, and exactly what we needed, quiet and safe, close to great attractions and easily accessible. Will DEFINITELY return and highly recommend to all who want a great San Diego experience!

  This house was perfect for my family. Everyone had their own bedroom so there was privacy vs. a hotel room. Having 2 bathrooms instead of 1 was a big plus. It was supplied with many ammenities so we didn't have to go out and get them ourselves. The yard was great to sit and relax in. Perfect location to many attractions and restaurants; just a short drive. Owner was great to work with and very accessible. Would definately come back to this house again without hesitation.
