This is a comfortable,clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained condo. We loved the decor. Rooms are well equipped, reasonably priced and a terrific place to enjoy Hilton Head. The grounds and pools are well maintained. The owner went out of his way to answer all my questions, provide us with information on the area and even allowed us to extend our stay. I recommend this for anyone from small families to couples looking for a nice place to stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We arrived to a very clean and beautiful condo. The feeling was airy and fit the decor for the area beautifully. The location is excellent. It seem to be central to golfing, shopping, theatres, great resturants, tons of family biking or walking trails and of course the beautiful beaches of So. Carolina. the resort itself there are beautiful tennis courts, swimming, etc. We just enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. We spent many evenings at home in the condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About: We are a couple with two kids from the Rocky Mountains who have lived abroad for the past 15 years. Currently living in Germany though we travel frequently for business and pleasure.

Location, location, location! It's a real mantra for places to live, property to buy or places to vacation. We would add value for the money to this notion. Based on that, our villa at Hilton Head Resort is the perfect combination of this. You won't find a better deal for the location, you can definitely spend a great deal of money for similar accommodations! Why do that when you can stay our ultra modern and fresh place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We believe that the ambience of a vacation rental can greatly influence the quality of a vacation. This is why we have invested so much into the whimsical decor of our unit. Our aim is to provide a clean, stylish, modern uncluttered feel in our unit. We paid great attention to the small things that make a difference. We have tried to think of everything one needs to have a great vacation (including a martini shaker!). We also have a small balcony overlooking the tennis courts where you can sit and enjoy the views.
We love to walk down the boardwalk in the morning & evening to enjoy the beach or to stop in at Cocos for a bite to eat.
We are completely sold on Hilton Head Resort and the location. And, we believe that vacationers should walk in our unit and be wowed and thrilled at their choice. Enjoy yourself free to enjoy the Sun, Sand, Surf, Tennis and Golf.
