    Last minute plans had me calling to find a room for 3 nights. The pictures of the property was spot on, the reservation clerk who assisted me was very informative in leading me here and the property was like new. Upscale, high ceilings, excellent view. Etc. Here we're the issues: 1. as the unit is on the bottom level, there was no phone service for any of our cell phones. AT&T, Verizon or sprint. This was concerning as we have children and in case of emergency, you have to go outside and look for a spot with reception. 2. The maid indicated that someone would come pick up the dirty towels and bring new ones, they never did. We gave them a day and by the time we realized they didn't come, we were checking out the next day. I know they would have sent someone had we called, but we did bring our own beach towels. As a result, there was a bag of dirty sheets and towels left in the closet. 3. We weren't given a key to the pool or the garage, so the day it rained, we parked outside and all got wet running to the car. Parking in the garage was one of the selling features on the website to describe the property. The neighbors are very friendly though as most are owners. One loaned us the pool key and some salt. 4. The guest bathroom shower leaks as it needs a better seal and 5. The glass door lock does not work. Since we have a four year old, it was a little scary going to bed as the porch is not gated, it leads directly to grass and the busy highway. There were PVC poles to lock it in place which works, but not recommended for families with small children. It is a beach front property but highway A1A is the front yard. I would put a safety lock at the top of the sliding glass door or only recommend this property to adults. 6. Last, I would have a talk with the housekeeping staff as the unit should have been cleaned better. The floor was sandy/gritty when one of the chairs were moved and under carpet, the glass door was filthy with streaks at the bottoms like there was a dog rubbing his nose on the window and the floor in the shower was slimy. I would also invest in good mattresses because I felt like I was in a boat with my legs and head in the air from sinking in the middle. With my honest feedback you would think that I would give worse ratings, but because the location is central to Daytona and St. Augustine, it is a new unit, the pool lovely, the privacy and the view was to die for. Would stay there again and use vacation rental pros.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

    The condo was very nice and exactly as represented. The gated community was nice and we felt it was safe. A grill in a common area and beach service (chairs on the beach) would have been nice. It was very inconvenient to carry chairs, umbrellas plus the kids' toys everyday all the way across the parking lot, down the walkway and to the beach. This is not a complaint against the condo, but the Palm Coast area was very inconvenient. We had to drive to St Augustine to find anything to do (we did love the historic district) and couldnt find a store with beach supplies. We are used to the Gulf rather than the coast so it was just different from what we thought it would be. Its a nice place, but didnt work very well for our family so probably wont go back.

    This was my first time in Palm Coast, Fl its a beautiful city. I felt very safe at our location. This was a memorable experience. The most exciting part for me only because I Love the beach was the beach its beautiful I was so amazed by its beauty the sand is really cinnamon. Over all is was nice my kids enjoyed it. We will be revisiting soon..

    We enjoyed our stay but the condo was not properly clean, floors not sweeped or mopped. We did have a problem with the air conditioner going out so we had to move during the night (MID-NIGHT)TO ANOTHER CONDO.

    The amenities provided at the Cinnamon Beach condo met all of our needs. The balcony was truly a was huge and the large dining table and chairs were perfect for evening dinners with the beach breeze blowing in. A delight all around!

    The only negative about our whole trip was that there were no maps of the property and it took us a while to navigate where the pools were and other amenities.

    My family enjoyed their stay at this condo and beach. We had perfect weather and a great view. My wife took a picture of Hole#8 that is so beautiful, it should go in a golf or travel magazine! The next time we stay here, it will be for a month. The only negative was that there was no easy beach access from the condo. The shortest distance was using the golf path but there were signs marking it as private property. I think this stretch should be shared with the golfers and beach folks. Other than that, it was a nice roomy condo, a great place to get away and relax. The beach was fabulous and very private.

    Even with 8 of us, the condo afforded each family privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed the locations of the pools and had several meals and drinks there at the Cinnamon Beach Grill! The prices and food were very good. Our favorite waitress, Dianna, made it a pleasure. We enjoyed the condo and watching the golfers on the 8th hole try to reach the green.     The downside of our stay was the fact that we didn't have internet or phones for our first weekend, also the biggest problem was the weekend renters who came in to party and kept us awake for two nights, also earlier in our stay there were loud people at another condo,whom we didn't complain about.

    This is the second time we rented from VRP and for the second time VRP was terrific. The unit was lovely and well maintained. The people at VRP were responsive and polite. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure our vacation went smoothly. When we had some last minute requests, VRP reacted immediately and delivered as promised. I highly recommend VRP and the unit.

    We stayed in building 300, unit 241 and it was wonderful. This is our 2nd year in a row to go to this resort and it was, once again, better than we expected! Our boys brought home over 400 perfect seashells from the beach and loved searching for them. The condo was gorgeous and we especially loved the master bedroom's bathroom. We will definately go back and look forward to it!

    There was dust and dirt on the floors and countertops. The kithchen floor was extremely dirty. I would suggest that housekeeping really make a bigger effort on the kithchen floor, because what is on your feet in the kithchen goes to the carpets. However, we intend to come back and would highly recommend this property. Krista was very nice and helpful with getting us kitchen towels and bath and floor mats.     My family just returned from a wonderful week in Palm Coast, Florida. Our condo overlooked the 8th hole of the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. What a spectacular view...a beautiful golf course with the ocean as a fabulous backdrop! The condo was spacious. It had three bedrooms and accommodated our family as well as a family friend. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Cinnamon Beach at Hammock Dunes was a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. There were two pool areas to enjoy, a game room, and above all the wonder of the ocean. Palm Coast is just a short drive to Historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. We visited both of these cities during our stay. Orlando is a longer drive, but we were up for a day trip and enjoyed a fantastic day there, as well. Staying at Cinnamon Beach gave us the opportunity to customize our own vacation. It can be as relaxing or adventurous as you wish. We would highly recommend Cinnamon Beach as a vacation destination.

    Property was brand new and very nice. Very secluded and quiet. There was a grocery store only a few miles away which was very convenient for our week long stay. Restaurants were 5 or so miles away.

    This was a very special event with children and grandchildren coming in from VA, SC, & GA. It would be our only vacation together for the next 3-4 years since our 3-year old granddaughter was moving to HI with our daughter and deployable Marine Corps son-in-law. Although some family would visit them in HI, we would not be able to all visit at one time. Our days together were absolutely great and stress free thanks to beautiful accomodations and all your help with planning. Every detail was covered. We look forward to doing this again when the troops return home!
