Welcome to this beautiful 2 Story Home situated at 3 Wanderer Lane in North Forest Beach! This elevated beach home is located only steps from the beach and only 1 mile from Coligny Plaza making this location perfect.
The home has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms . On the first floor of the home is the main living area that is open to the kitchen and dining areas. In the living area there is a large sectional and additional seating, a flat screen TV above the fireplace and many windows that allow the sunshine to stream in and you have the perfect view of the private elevated pool. There is dining at the dining table for 8, and there is also a counter with dining for 8 which is open to the kitchen area making this a wonderful area for gathering during meal time.
Also on the first floor you will find the laundry room with full size appliances. There are also 2 master suites located on this floor, both have new linens, new TVS, have been freshly painted and both have private baths with jacuzzi tubs.
Up the beautiful staircase you will enter the landing area which is the 2nd seating area equipped with a pull out sofa, additional seating, and a TV making this the perfect place for the kids in the evening while the adults are downstairs. The 4 additional bedrooms are located upstairs, the bedding consist of 4 twins, 1 king swing which also can be coverted to 2 twins if needed, and a queen bed. All the bedrooms have new linens and accessories, beautiful beach decor. The 2 bathrooms are shared by the 4 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the home.
There is a private pool and small hot tub at the home, the pool deck is spacious and there is plenty of sunshine and seating. You can purchase pool heat for an additional $500. There is also a dining table and propane grill located pool side.
Parking is in the driveway and in the garage.

Our family group shared this very comfortable and newly redecorated home last week and found it very enjoyable. A very short walk to the beach and a fun one mile bike ride to Coligny Plaza, this house had everything we wanted. We enjoyed biking the trails in the morning, a swim in the pool and a relaxing time on the deck before lunch. then a wonderful afternoon on the beach. The beach in this area never felt overcrowded at all, though we could see larger groups of people in both directions. The house has enough TV's for everyone to find something interesting to watch after dark. The master suites were beautiful and all of the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was great for group cooking and snacking. There were not one, but two large dining tables and plenty of seating. When we reported that the gas grill had given it's last, a brand new grill was quickly delivered. Of course the house is close enough to drive to any of the wonderful restaurants on the island. We will certainly think about this vacation fondly. Thanks to everyone who made our stay one to remember.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
