    I am so glad that you sent this questionnaire as we were just getting ready to send our own email. We loved our 5 days of relaxation at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was first class all the way. It was clean, well-furnished, and had a great view overlooking the pond. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets on the deck. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff, especially Donna and Wendy from accounting and Justin from management. They could not have been more helpful. We will definitely use VRBO again!

    The property is great and everything looks really great however the mattresses are in horrible condition. Trying to sleep on a King size with the feeling that you are going to roll out of the bed at any moment is not a nice experience... the pillows feel<br/> like plastic garbage bags with a bit of foam inside, bunk beds mattresses are also terrible. We are not picky with beds but this apartment is to avoid unless they address this issue, too bad since the decoration, condition, etc. is great but I wouldn't return<br/> here. This is the first time I have a complaint about a VRPros property but I just have to voice it. Don't rent it unless you are willing to pay a Chiropractor bill after your vacation :-( If the mattresses are replaced I would give 4 stars for condition.<br/> I would still skip one star since the living room sofas are also really uncomfortable.

    We had a great 2 weeks at Cinnamon Beach! This unit was exactly as described and very clean. Only minor issue was we saw several live roaches - think they just come with the beach and FL unfortunately as unit was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! Management was super quick to respond to anything we called about (needed washcloths and ice maker stopped working). Things were delivered/fixed within a couple hours. Thanks so much and we will be back!

    We had a great time and the condo was beautiful. the only downfall I saw to the rental was the beach itself. There are large rocks and reef making navigation of the water difficult unless the tide was low. I was not comfortable with my kids in the water after the tide would come up over the rocks. I felt like it would be just too easy for one of them to get hurt. Otherwise, we loved it. Most likely, though, we will not return, just for the sheer sake of the rocks and reef. It would be much nicer to go in the ocean whenever we wanted. But again, the place was beautiful and quiet. A really nice family getaway.

    The rental was just what we needed. We enjoyed the location, the beach, the pools and the ability to just stay and relax rather than running to all different locations. There is a lot to do at the property and if you want to leave, a lot to do in the surrounding area. <br/><br/>There were some things needed in the condo - more silverware and more glasses. We had 6 people and the condo has the capacity for 8. We were always running out of both glasses and silverware.<br/><br/>Thank you for an amazing vacation rental. We do hope to come back!

    The only comlaint that i would have is that there is certainly not enough lounge chairs at the pool. I would have had to get uo really early in the morning to reserve a chair. There really should be way more there as I saw other people looking for them as well.

    Hammock Beach Resorts at Cinnamon Beach was one of the most exhilarating experiences my wife and I ever had. A very remote, quiet area but very scenic and eventful. Some of the most breathtaking views you could ever imagine. This beach is definately a diamond amungst the rough and is a must for anyone wanting to get away from the regular.     I was very hesitant to rent a condo online from a company i had never dealt with, but i was so glad i did. The condo the grounds, the common areas, the beach were all beautiful.     The room and lay out was very nice. Beautiful master bath, plasma's TV's, etc. Couldn't get the DVD to work until we unplugged and plugged it back in. Overall, very nice view in appearrance. Some issues we had were:<br/>1. One of the two pools was down 2 of three days we were there. The lone pool was over crowded and had a lot of debris floating and on the bottom. Due to lack of pool avaiability, felt the value of the stay was over priced.<br/>2.) Very dissappointed with the beach. It is a coquina beach and had big rocks hiden in the surf. The kids got scratched several times. This made the lack of pools even more important. Crescant Beach is just up the road and is a white sandy beach with NO rocks.<br/>3.) You have to cross a toll bridge to get to the property. Costs 2 bucks anytime you leave to go out to eat or to the store, etc. I had 6 in my party with two cars, so it cost us 4 bucks for every trip across the channel.<br/>4.) We were on the top floor, 6th. The elevator was one of the slowest I have ever riden. It took over a minute to do down once you are inside with no stops. Stairs are available if you like the exercise.

The pool closing is very rare and I again apologize. In terms of the beach, during Tropical Storm Faye, we lost some sand on the beach. We are seeing sand return every week and it is getting better.     An excellent place to stay at the end of April or beginning of May if you want a quiet holiday on the coast. The resort is a little remote but this is outweighed by the totally unoccupied beach. St Augustine is about 20 miles north and well worth a visit or two. Daytona Beach is about 20 miles south. We found Daytona Beach to be a disappointment but this could have been due to the time of year. For Golfers there are 2 championship golf courses on the complex, with World Golf Village about 45 minutes drive and TPC at Sawgrass about 1 hour drive. Facilities at Cinnamon Beach are superb and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.<br/>Cinnamon Beach is a small part of a much larger complex so it benefits from the intimacy of a small resort but also has the ammenities of the larger complex. This adds to it's attaction. Vacation Rental Pro's were very helpful. They are their when you need them without being intrusive and as a company they do everything they say they will. I'd be happy to recommend both the resort and the company.

    The resort was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. However, I must state my dissatisfaction with the beach. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful, but my children could not enjoy the beach because of the rocks. My suggestion would be clear out an area where the kids can get in and enjoy the ocean. Mine tried and ended up with deep cuts all up and down their legs. I understand about the natural reef, but clearing out an area for entrance into the ocean would make the place so much more enjoyable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

    Hi, Steve, just wanted to let you know we had a great vacation in Cinnamon Beach. The condo was spacious and comfortable, very clean, the kitchen amazed us, we hardly had to eat out. The balcony was our favorite spot, the crib that we requested arrived on time, so we are very happy with the condo. The pools were good, the staff were polite. We mostly spent time in the kids' pool, our children enjoyed it very much. On the last day the water wasn't heated for some reason but that's probably the only hiccup that happened to us. Overall, it was a memorable vacation. Thank you so much.

    Steve, Thank you so much for the excellent vacation spot on Palm Coast unit # 1132, We thoughrougly enjoyed our stay, it was the best place we have ever stayed at. It was quiet, spotless with an awesome beach, pools, miles of paved walking and biking trail and many places to visit shop and eat as per your email to us. We would recommend the location to anyone looking for relaxation and recharge of batteries. We looked at location related to beach and sun on all units and would definately be interested in renting next year for one to four weeks especially unit #1061, choice #1 or any unit on that side of that building or choice #2 on the same side of the building, just south of it i.e. # 961.
