But at the same time, because of Cinnamon Beach’s convenient location—near St. Augustine, Marineland, scores of restaurants, golf courses, and more—you’ll have plenty of things to do and places to visit to choose from. That’s why Cinnamon Beach, Unit 952 is the perfect vacation condo: It offers the best of both worlds.

The condo is part of a 65-acre private gated community within the 1,100-acre gated community of Ocean Hammock. Just yards away from Unit 952 is the 2.5-mile cinnamon-colored beach, accessible by three private boardwalks. Should you prefer to swim in waters stiller than the Atlantic Ocean, we have two outdoor heated pools, surrounded by chaises, palm trees, and sparkling sea air. There’s also a heated whirlpool, perfect for soaking after a workout in the well-equipped fitness center or a jog along one of our paths. Also on site are a “splash zone” for kids and game rooms outfitted with air hockey, foosball, and pool tables. All that and more are within the condo complex: no need to even step outside the gates.

Of course, given how spacious and comfortable Unit 952 is, you may not even want to step outside the condo! There’s the luscious balcony, for starters, furnished with a table and chairs so that you can even eat your meals out here. Sliding glass doors lead from the balcony to the living room. Decorated in serene hues, with marvelously plush sofas, cable TV, and a DVD player, it’s large enough to accommodate family and friends for a night of games and movies as well as relaxing enough for a midday nap.

Equally roomy and peaceful is the adjacent dining area. The long glass table seats six with ease and can also accommodate a rousing game of Monopoly. The elegance of the decor matches that of the kitchen beside it. As beautiful as the kitchen is—gorgeous counters, richly finished cabinets—it’s even more practical. It comes equipped with all the major appliances as well as smaller ones including coffee maker and toaster. Also included are cookware, utensils, and tableware: All you have to bring is food (or the names of all the restaurants you plan to visit!). For even more convenience, Unit 952 comes with its own full-size washer and dryer too.

Speaking of convenience, all bedding, towels, pillows, and blankets for Unit 952’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms will be fresh, clean, and waiting for you upon your arrival. Once you see the bedrooms, you may want to make a long, luxurious nap your first order of business!

The master bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed, a TV, and doors that open directly onto that marvelous balcony. You can gaze up at the stars, glass of wine or cup of tea in hand, before retiring to bed every evening—pure romance! The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with shower, tub, and all the storage space you could want.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has two twin beds. Like the master bedroom, they each include a ceiling fan, a TV, and plenty of drawers for unpacking your belongings. The second bathroom is convenient to both of these bedrooms and is decorated to the same high standard.

                        Our family absolutely loved the condo. It was actually nicer than photos could covey. And SUPER CLEAN!! Beautiful grounds, fabulous amenities, and very secure. We brought an 11, 12, and 17 year old children with us and felt comfortable letting them venture out on the grounds without us. I can't say enough about the condo and property. FIRST CLASS!! One tip, bring a sleep mask for the master bedroom. Very sunny, very early.

                        This condo was all that was advertised and more. From location, to amenities, to quality and perfect condition of furnishings this was a great place for our family vacation. The entire area was very nice and well landscaped right down to the nice lawn areas they left for children and pets to play. Having covered parking was very nice also to avoid the heat. I would definitely recommend this unit to any and all and plan to make a return trip soon!

                        This was our first stay at Palm Coast, and we will return again. This gated, private beach resort is very nice and clean with lots of ammenities for a beach stay. The condo was very nice and has a new appearance,with a nice deck to sit on and two sliding doors to enter the deck. This is a great place and a great condo for a nice relaxing stay. ( The only thing that we didn't like was not having curtains to close for privacy from sliding door to patio deck in the master bedroom. Great place to stay!!!

                        Given the horribly frigid weather for most of our visit, I would have either cancelled our reservations or exchanged it for another week, if that would have been an option, but regrettably, it wasn't, so we made the best of a bad situation.<br/><br/>Upon our arrival, we could not enter the unit as we were given the wrong code, so I had to call the property manager, who gave me the right access code (thank God for cell phones!).<br/><br/>We parked our vehicle in the garage only to be issued a citation for parking in the garage - that incident took another call to the property manager to explain and resolve.<br/><br/>The unit was nicely furnished and appointed. The kitchen, however, was somewhat sparse - no cutting board or roasting pan, kitchen basics and essentials.<br/><br/>All in all, we may decide to look for other accommodations next year as I think $1100 for one week (and that was with a 20% discount!) was excessive, given that it wasn't even oceanside. The weekly rental rate is perfectly acceptable, it's all the fees and "deposits" you tack on and I'm not sure it is worth it.

                        Beautiful condo, great place.<br/>This is the second time we spent the month of November in Cinnamon Beach.<br/>CB has to be the best kept secret on the East Coast. The place is quiet, safe and the service is first class. Imagine, two and a half miles of private beach on the ocean. Hard to beat. <br/>The condo was beautiful, very nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped and we had several candelight dinners on the large balcony. The view from the condo is spectacular. We particularly appreciated the 3rd bedroom that is converted into a home office. The place is perfect for one or two couples or a small family.<br/>There are several books and numerous games for rainy days. When we arrived we had a problem with with ants on the balcony. Within a couple of hours the exterminator was there and fixed the problem with a smile. what great service.<br/>We discovered Flagler Beach and following Steve Milo's restaurant's recommandation we had several fun, casual and pleasant meals overlooking the ocean. What a treat.<br/>Once the dates are confirm with customer service the booking process on line is also very easy to do. <br/>We are so happy with Cinnamon Beach that we are already making plans to return next year.<br/>Bonne vacances<br/>
