Why the Owner Chose Dalton Ranch: We lived in Colorado many years ago and have always wanted to move back. We chose Durango because it is a self-contained mountain town with all the amenities necessary for year round living when we retire, plus a great place to vacation now! Dalton Ranch is perfect for us with its beautiful semiprivate golf course, panoramic red cliff views, and easy access to both town and mountains. We chose this particular house because of its custom features, abundant windows for natural light and one level convenience.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We are out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to take full advantage of all its restaurants and shops. PJ’s gourmet market is a great place to pick up anything we need. We love having a fenced in place for our dog and walking down to the private river access. The neighbors are friendly. We enjoy country feel of horses and donkeys close by. Our covered patio lets us enjoy all four seasons outdoors comfortably.
