Quite honestly, this home is a palace. Poll each and every member of your family and friends for their most outlandish, most implausible request of a vacation home:
• Basics first: sweeping ocean views and absolute privacy.• Improve on that? Ah-ha! A vanishing-edge pool. A big, big one. With a shallow sunning area for sipping cocktails? Yes? • Budding cooks and cupcake gurus might want a gourmet kitchen with more ocean views. Done. • Young boys (and fully grown ones) might wish for a model train set, traveling a circuit around a top-notch home theater room. Just kidding. Around one of the home theater rooms.
Is your head spinning? Sorry, we’re only just getting started.
A formal sitting room has just the right amount of elegance, without being fussy. Line up all your lovies along the biggest sectional sofa ever seen - take silly group photos, watch a movie all together (yes really, there’s space for everyone) or - in winter - just hang out around the fire.
In the kitchen, if you don’t swoon first at its size (‘ humongous’, we believe, is the technical term), then its double oven and 6+ hob gas range will have you feeling faint: so many recipes, so little time. Eat six meals a day, if only to best enjoy your outside dining area on the pool deck. To ring the changes, why not start with happy hour on the 2nd-floor veranda? Get there by stairs? Maybe - but the elevator might be more fun.
One night’s sleep in the master bedroom will surely count for a week’s rest anywhere else. It’s that relaxing, that comfortable, that gorgeous. Bedrooms and floors are sound-proofed, so you’ll only awake when good and ready. An in-suite fireplace is among a host of benefits: ocean views on wake-up, closets and bathroom the size of Rhode Island.
Ten other guest bedrooms include two four-poster beds and decadent en suite facilities. Kids have a downstairs play area/bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (four beds total). Each bathroom is different, finished with marble, Kohler fixtures and other high-end touches. Guests can pick and choose their favorite.
A formal dining area, a breakfast nook and a second, smaller guest kitchen ensure round-the-clock feasting.

My family enjoyed our time at Heaven on Earth. Overall it was a positive experience and found the property spacious enough for 18 people. We were, however, disappointed that the pool was not heated as the web indicated, the dryer did not work properly and the kitchen should have been better equipped. I was most unhappy that we called the management company twice to request the temp. in the pool be raised and was assured we would be called back to resolve the matter. The furnishings are not even close to the quality of this house. There were not enough chairs or space so I had to entertain my family next door at Casa la Duna. The repair person couldn't raise the hurricane shutters so the living room was dark all week. Thankfully the ocean was warm because the 'heated' pool was icy and totally unuseable. Lots of dead love bugs inside the house and lots of dead 'bigger' bugs outside. Great house, fabulous location. Cleaning crew did not prepare the house well for our arrival, but Jim, the property mgr, was AWESOME at responding quickly to correct, and was helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was lacking in certain conveniences that you would expect in a house like this and one of the upstairs bedrooms has a full size bed. The pool needs to be cleaned before the new guest arrives. All utilities should be up to date. The long dining room table needs to be where the poole table. sits. We loved the location and layout of the property- it was perfect for our three families. We were disappointed in the appointments and had repair issues. We called the first day about the tv not working in the downstairs master. It was not working when we left. The Spa also did not heat and when the property manager checked it out she implied it was our fault for incorrect settings. She reset it and it still never heated above 94 degrees. The bunk bed had broken slats that we repaired and the linens were inadequate. We had a number of additional issues that were handled by the property management. The outdoor area was so lovely but the outdoor furniture was sparse and cheap. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
