This adorable condo is one of the largest in the complex and comes complete with washer and dryer in the unit. Step out the door and you are just seconds from the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico across the two lane street. From the condo balcony, you can see both the Gulf and the lagoon. The condo is on the first floor with spacious covered parking underneath.
You can easily sleep four in the large bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room. The complex has a pool and picnic area complete with grills. Minutes away is the huge Tanger Outlet Center at Foley. Restaurant and convience store two doors down.
