If coming to Florida for its sun, it makes sense to book the property with the best outdoor space. Hammock Beach Sanctuary has a grassed backyard with soaring palm trees and overlooks a private lake. To eat, drink or play outside - choose between one of two patio spaces. There’s a 1st floor patio off the main living area with our brand new private pool, and a large second-floor balcony with even-better views.
This gorgeous home is spread over two spacious stories, allowing your vacation to include alternating doses of quiet time and celebration - whatever your whim! Indoors, find yellow walls for a happy vacation home. The large living room is open to the rest of the ground floor, and has big, comfy couches. (Not to mention a wall-mounted large, flat-screen HDTV!) Ceilings soar two stories high - the living room is open to the upstairs gallery - providing great natural light. Kids will love the backyard access through wide sliding doors. Adults will love the 3rd floor crow's nest featuring ocean and golf course views.
On days when pajamas remain the dress code ‘til noon, your family will love the casual vibe in the den. Its 2 armchairs and 2 couches, plus a second wall-mounted TV, are perfect for hanging out and enjoying each other’s company. There’s a wet bar available here as well.
The kitchen offers the magazine dream, with every appliance you’ll need and lots of granite counter space. Keen cooks will love and a center island will become operation central for languid pancake breakfasts or a great family BBQ. The breakfast nook offers real flexibility and a second nearby side table seats four. Or why not dine together in the formal dining room, where upholstered chairs provide a sense of tropical occasion.
Soaring ceilings are finished with discrete ceiling fans and large windows dot the multi-story walls for uninterrupted sun, beautifully outfitted with comfy chairs, and expansive tiled floors - perfect for Florida’s heat. Children have all the space they need for imaginative games and adults will like the flexibility in entertaining. A large, flat-screen TV completes the at home experience.
Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests and 3.5 bathrooms mean plenty of room for everyone - even if you all share the same 8 a.m. tee time. The master suite’s lucky guests can indulge in the room’s king bed, while bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have spacious queens. One guest bedroom is located on the ground floor, ideal for guests who would rather avoid the stairs. Two sleeper sofas add flexibility if required.
Find a cooling cucumber palette in the master bedroom, where a white wooden bed pops against delicious green walls. Feature ceilings and high-end crown moulding add the utmost in elegance. Our family spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Palm Coast. The Sanctuary home was one of the best places we have found in Hammock Beach. The home was very clean on our arrival. It is a very modern home with big bedrooms and comfy bathrooms. The main family room is spectacular with its vaulted ceiling and large flat screen tv. The master suite is lovely, so much so that you won't want to leave it. The kitchen is very modern with outstanding granite everywhere. We were able to prepare thanksgiving meal since it is very well stocked with all the things a chef would need. We really enjoyed our time at the Sanctuary home!! The property manager runs a very efficient operation. From the initial selection to the day we left, we were impressed with their processes. Some nice perks were a courtesy call when we arrived to ensure everything was ok and someone showed up on Saturday to haul away the trash. Management was exceptional with helping with the trash disposal times. we didn't have any problems with facilities once we found our way around the area. The kitchen is fabulous for anyone who likes to cook (as we did) and the bonus room a lifesaver for our grandchildren's entertainment area. I believe we paid a fee for this amenity and did not access. About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. I own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives. AND, now I am managing other people's properties in St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
