Welcome to our Ocean City, New Jersey beach house. This beautifully decorated and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor condo is only two blocks from the beach. A few steps away are basketball and tennis courts, and a children’s' playground. The property is walking within distance to Acme, Blitz’s, bike rental, produce stand, ice cream and local restaurants. There's plenty of room for your family with a open kitchen, dining, and family room. Off street parking is provided in the two vehicle carport. Relax and enjoy the views on one of our two decks. For your convenience there is an outside shower as well as a lockable storage area. Catch the convenient trolley to the boardwalk or downtown. Gas grill, Free WiFi, 4 Beach tags & Beach Cart included.

Very very comfortable & clean home. Love the location. The property was walking distance to many places, and to the beach! Really enjoyed the added bonus of the beach cart! The owners are very responsive and lovely people! We will sure return for 2013, this place comes highly recommended!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
