Stately columns, high ceilings, elegant décor, a summer kitchen and sparkling pool are all yours at our sunwashed 4,600 sq ft home at Ocean Hammock Serenade. A mere 2 blocks from the beach within a gated resort, it's a spectacular home for your family's next vacation.
You may spend some time deciding which you love more: the interior or exterior of Ocean Hammock Serenade! The exterior is very enticing, with a wide patterned driveway, immaculate landscaping, tall slender columns, and in back, a full swimming pool, state-of-the-art gas grill, and seating for 12 for relaxing and even dining. Sliding glass doors lead into the house, and large windows let the sun stream in.
But the interior also has many claims to beauty, from arched cathedral ceilings in the great room to a vast formal dining room to 2 master suites, one with a Jacuzzi bath and double walk-in shower. This is a house in which you'll always be discovering new areas you like, from the elegant foyer at the foot of the winding staircase to the high recessed shelves in the living room. What fun -- a place to explore right at home, in addition to all the sightseeing you will do in and around Palm Coast!
From the moment you enter our great room, you feel a sense of calm. Perhaps it's the high ceilings, soft primrose-yellow walls, or comfortable plush couches (one of which opens up into a bed for 2, just in case you have visitors who can't bring themselves to leave paradise, either!). Sink right in, turn on the giant HDTV or pop in a movie, and let the kids crash on the rug with their toys and projects or play in the sunshine coming through the sliding glass door. You're here now, and it's time to simply enjoy!
Ocean Hammock Serenade is intended for big families and large groups, so you may not be surprised at the size of our kitchen, with a 3-cornered breakfast bar and plenty of stools so your sous-chefs can help you cook and keep you company. But just how well-equipped it is may be a pleasant shock: here you'll find all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to serve up a feast! And our large central island, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances just seem to make things more pleasant, whether you're preparing the fresh catch of the day or simply dishing up a tasty snack for the group watching the big game on TV.
When it's time to dine, you have so many choices! Attached to the kitchen is a lovely breakfast nook with an informal table and very comfortable chairs. But if the gang has already set up their laptops there (you have free wireless Internet here!), opt for the formal dining room. A huge space with plenty of sunshine, it can hold the whole crowd! And if that doesn't suit, it's out to the summer kitchen to sit around the pool!
There are 5 bedrooms at Ocean Hammock Serenade, each furnished for comfort. The two upstairs master bedrooms sport king-size beds, and one also includes a fireplace, HDTV, a balcony, and an incredible master bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi tub, a double walk-in shower, and more space and sunlight than you would ever expect. Three more full bathrooms and one half-bath ensure that the master bath is yours alone -- and you will find all the towel sets, linens, blankets, and pillows you need waiting for you, along with TWO laundry rooms to keep everything fresh.
Upstairs is another bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) that sleeps up to 4. The fourth and fifth bedroom are downstairs (perfect if anyone has accessibility issues), and both contain a queen-sized bed and one has a private bathroom. Beautifully decorated and quite spacious, all of the bedrooms induce that feeling of calm so necessary for a good night's sleep!
There is so much to do and see -- and that's even before you stroll down to the private beach to catch the sunrise, stretch out in the sun, and play in the surf. Come join the fun!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Rented two condo's next door to each other. This worked well for Thanksgiving with two ovens, two frig's etc. Everything was beyond our expectation. My family had a wonderful time together the last week of July and first week of August. The arrangements were handled efficiently and once there we were never bothered by the staff until we needed help and that was taken care of at once. The view from the 5th floor was spectacular, the water was perfect and as people came and went, from 7 years to 73 yrs. they all found it relaxing and beautiful. We never got to the pools or clubhouse. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra towels and sheets, etc. Really appreciate the location. So close to shopping and my guests flew into Daytona Beach. Gatekeepers were friendly and helpful. Landscaping was lovely but rarely did we see anyone out working and in our way. To top it off my dog was allowed to stay with me! I would certainly recommend the condos (especially overlooking the beach) and plan to be back there soon. Our family had a blast at Cinnamon Beach 553! This condo is beautiful...almost as beautiful as the breathtaking view. The pool area was great for kids. The staff was exceptional, especially at the Cinnamon Beach Grill! About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. AND, now I am managing other people's properties in St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach.
