We had a wonderful family vacation. Rented two condo's next door to each other. This worked well for Thanksgiving with two ovens, two frig's etc. Everything was beyond our expectation. My family had a wonderful time together the last week of July and first week of August. The arrangements were handled efficiently and once there we were never bothered by the staff until we needed help and that was taken care of at once. The view from the 5th floor was spectacular, the water was perfect and as people came and went, from 7 years to 73 yrs. they all found it relaxing and beautiful. We never got to the pools or clubhouse. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra towels and sheets, etc. Really appreciate the location. So close to shopping and my guests flew into Daytona Beach. Gatekeepers were friendly and helpful. Landscaping was lovely but rarely did we see anyone out working and in our way. To top it off my dog was allowed to stay with me! I would certainly recommend the condos (especially overlooking the beach) and plan to be back there soon. Our family had a blast at Cinnamon Beach 553! This condo is beautiful...almost as beautiful as the breathtaking view. The pool area was great for kids. The staff was exceptional, especially at the Cinnamon Beach Grill! We had a great time here at cinnamon beach. The location was ideal for us, visited St. Augustine and Daytona. The only down side, not a huge factor, was the rocks in the ocean. A few cuts, but with a nearby place to go to beach without rocks not a big deal. We had a wonderful week in Palm Coast. The views from our condo were breathtaking. I'd have to say the best that we have ever had on any visit to Florida. The condo was very comfortable, but there are a few suggestions that I thought that I'd pass along. The window in the family room is absent of any blinds or draperies. The morning sun is very bright as well as quite warm. The furniture is very sparse and I would like to suggest that either another sofa or more occasional chairs be added to the condo. The kitchen was beautiful, but I would recommend adding a mixer as well as a few more larger pots. The grounds were very well maintained and the short walk to the beach was so convenient. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again next year. As soon as we entered the gate of the community we were well pleased! Walking through the door of the condo was even better! Very large condo that was kid-friendly. I didn't have to move anything for my 10 month old. Very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and beautiful. The pool on the property was wonderful! With the slope entry it was perfect for our children! My 3 year old actually started swimming on her own while we were there! There was also a decomposed sea turtle on the beach that should have been removed. Our vacation at Cinnamon Beach was fantastic!!! I somehow was lucky enough to find it when looking for pet friendly locations in Florida. Our unit was amazing. It was clean and well maintained and we looked forward to waking up to the sunrise every morning. I did have to call the property manager twice about a couple of items and both were dealt with promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Steve Milo and his staff - right from booking to final checkout. The recreational facilities kept the boys busy after dinner or after swimming. The particularly enjoyed the pool table but it was a nice touch to have the big screen TV's in there for us to watch while they played. One night they decided to jump in the pool since they had the pool to themselves. While overall we found the condo satisfactory we have suggestions on making the vacation more enjoyable for your future guests. First, a day or so before we left for the beach, I called and was told I did not need to bring dish detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper etc. The condo only had one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. So while we were there, we had to buy additional paper supplies, trash bags and dishwashing detergent. This was an added expense that had to be made during our vacation, where we could have brought a supply from home. Also, the condo had roaches and there was no bug spray on the premise. I also found the kitchen to be quite inadequate. The knive was so dull that I had to use a steak nife to chop an onion and pepper. There wasn't a cake pan, loaf pan or pitcher for iced tea. Both of our guests complained about their beds. One of the beds squeeked so much that it woke the other person up at night. Having said all that, I would rent again but will come much more prepared next time.Owner response: Hi Jill, I want to personally apologize for the fact the kitchen was not properly stocked. After your email, I had our QC manager go into the condo and do a new inventory and provide replacement for worn out items. The only thing that was lacking was some supplies in the unit. There was no extra toilet paper, no laundry detergent, few trash bags, no extra paper towels. We very much enjoyed the unit and the property but we felt that it should have been better stocked with these neccessities.
