Beautiful tennis villa, located less than 300 yards to the olympic size pool and beach. Our two bedroom, two bath, first floor villa overlooks a tranquil lagoon with water feature.
The master suite has a king size bed. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom. There is also a new queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher.
Anticipating your every need we provide videos, puzzles, books, games, and cards for your enjoyment.There are 3 TV's in the unit. We also provide beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Our villa is a non-smoking unit.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a 40 acre semi tropical ocean front resort with two pools, ten lighted tennis courts, on site bike rental, summer activities program for kids, and on site restaurants.

There is plenty to do in Hilton Head and this was a great place to use as our "base". Clean, comfortable with two bedrooms, kitchen, dinette area, living room and balcony facing the lake. If you want to shop, yard sale, fish, swim, walk on the beach, "gator watch", play golf or most anything else, this condo is in a great proximity to all. Without a doubt we will use this property again in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

The two bedroom condo is spacious, clean and well appointed. The lookout over the pond, the trees and the gators (yes-- to add a little adventure) is calming and relaxing. Mid-island is the place to be for us Thrift Store bargain seekers. We were right in the thick of stores and restaurants, but the quiet atmosphere of the HHB&TR made you feel a million miles away from the cares of everyday life. The owners communciated well and saw to our needs; the unit was well maintained and even appeared to have some new pieces of furniture (from what we saw on the website)-- so we know that the owners take care to kept it up-to-date. I would recommend this unit to small families, girls weekends, or for two couples (three if you are friendly). I have a feeling we'll be taking advantage of this wonderful property again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Very nice condo at a very nice resort. The owner was wonderful to deal with wanting everything to be perfect. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Fall was the perfect time to be in Hilton Head and your condo gave us the ideal setting. It was wonderful to wake up and sit on the porch over-looking the lake with the fountain. Then we rode our bikes on the beach during the day. The extra's in the condo (beach chairs, cart for beach stuff, and beach toys) were an added treat. We will be back again!

We went to hilton head beach and tennis for a girls weekend. Four of us stayed in this villa and found it to be plenty of room. The villa was within walking distance to the beach though we found ourselves driving to bring all our stuff for the day. The villa kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. There was plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. The view of the lagoon was spectacular and we even saw the alligator once. The beach chairs were a nice addition so we didn't have to bring our own and the hand cart made it easier to transport to and from the beach. This unit also had three tvs which was convenient. Location is excellent as there are wonderful restaurants nearby and grocery shopping is a very short drive. The owners were very easy to deal with and gave us all the info we needed in case we needed anything while we were there. Thanks for a great weekend.

We all had a wonderful time at Hilton Head!! I keep telling everybody how relaxing it was to be able to sleep late, take long walks on the beach, and have a nice, clean place to come back to in the evening. I would recommend to anybody to follow in our footsteps and enjoy the beach!!!
