  Is there any way to have gas grills placed on the premises? With 2 small children, we enjoy grilling outside for a few days during our beach stays. We'd love to see grills added to Cinnamon Beach. Also, thanks for the extended pool hours this year. That was great.

  We rented three units on the fifth floor, next to each other. Very nice being close to each other. I found the walk to the pool long, and hot. That being said we enjoyed our vacation. We were surprised how cold the ocean was in late June. Most of the staff was friendly. The gate keeper Everett had a melt down on one of our entries to the complex, he offended several of our family members with his language.

  We stayed last year and was very very happy that's what prompted us to come again. The elevator broke right when it was time to check out and our departure was very difficult. We had to carry luggage and grocery and bags and etc down 5 flight of stairs. Up and down we went. We did call but there was noone on duty bcuz of the holiday. This will make us look to stay somewhere that has 24hr maintenance. The sink leaked in the kitchen in unit 1052.

  Did you have a good overall stay? The overall stay was excellent, we enjoyed it !! A little overwhelmed by the scale of the resort, the adverts (deliberately) avoid to show the high buildings packed close together. <br/>Was the vacation rental in a great location? Location was just ok, maybe a little remote between St A and Daytona <br/>Was the home clean and in good shape? Home was in good shape, cleanliness was soso, but ok for a week, we did not complain. <br/>Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? The welcome pack was excellent, we did not contact (or need) any staff during our stay<br/>

  They told me it was going to be stocked with minimal essentials but I surely didn't expect to have wash cloths, towels, soap in the restrooms, beautiful dishes, lots of pots, pans and glasses. It was well stocked. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the lake and the club house and other on site facilities were great. My family and I were well pleased. May come back before the end of the summer.

  We had a great time. The coral and rock on the beach isn't as conducive other beaches for boogie boarding, etc., but the pools and grounds were great. Lots of things to do nearby.

  We very much enjoyed our stay, other than the weather, which turned cold and windy on us, that made it even better that we had a nice place to stay. Security personal at the enterance gate were very friendly and helpful, making our stay that much more pleasant. Because of the cold weather we didn't make it to find the game room or hot tub, or even down on the beach. But despite the weather we had a wonderful stay and would do it again.

  1. Since last year, the telephone system was changed to cable. this means that in a unit that has 4 phones, only one works, and it is very inconveniently located. A new system with three wireless satellite phones is needed.<br/>2.the unit was very clean when we arrived, but the carpets and chairs are starting to show their wear; which is not surprising since this is a rental unit.<br/><br/>3 there must be a different window blind system that can be used that is more hard wearing. the blinds were a problem last year and were only slightly better this year. Perhaps a model with string pulls would last longer than what is currently in use. The master bedroom blind was in especially poor shape and had not changed since the prior year when I commented on it.<br/>Thanks for the follow-up.

  Overall we were very satisifed with our condo. We did however encounter roaches. Someone did come and spray the first day we were there, but by out last night we still saw some really large roaches crawling on the floor.

  Great family vacation rental. Close to St. Augustine and Daytone. Private beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. Very comfortable stay for 5 adults and two young children. However, had to learn the meaning of Ocean View vs Ocean Side (on the beach.)

  Great place to stay!More info on local restaurants would have been nice.Wish we had gone to Daytona one day.Stayed in the St.Augustine area because we didn't realize we were so close.Extremely nice accomodations!Wish management would have kept the pool/hot tub open later than 8:00.

  First of all i was told this was a beach front condo, it was a garden view. when we arrived the code to get in the door was wrong, i called Steve, who was very rude and asked me had i called maintenence,(i was so frustrated i called the 1st number i saw on the printout), it said for any issue call steve. the number they had just sent up a few days before was wrong and he reluctantly found the right one and gave it to sorry i bothered you on your saturday night steve!!!!!<br/>the refrigerator was dirty and also you could tell no one had been there for awhile, the furniture was dusty and the ice in the freezer was froze over and had to break it up to get it out.<br/>the phones did not work except for 911, the dvd playere had no hookup to tv's in 2 of the bedrooms and living room....all looks real nice if you dont have to use it. too many rules at the pool for vacationing floats or drinks by the pool or hot tub!!!! and there was one rude pool guy Sharaz i think his name was, has no people skills. the grill and bar at the pool was great and the people there were excellent and the food great!!! the beach was ugly and unable to even get in it due to all the rocks....none of this is explained when you rent this place!!!! We will not be back!!!<br/>I would like to commend the housekeeper Krista for her help one morning when we had left for my grandson's graduation in orlando and she went to cut off the stove i had left on...kudo's to your professionalism and help krista!!!! the only positive person i encountered other than the grill and bar personnel!!! - Beth

  Blinds need to be replaced. We were told they were on order but after 2 months I would have expected them to have arrived. I would try a different supplier if the current one can't be more timely. <br/>Overall, the property was exctly what we were looking for in terms of location and surrounding properties. Very relaxing and very enjoyable. Already looking forward to next year.

  The community was very scattered, the pools were both located together instead of one pool at one end of the community so people would not have to walk. golf carts are not allowed. The pools closed very early,between 7 and 8 o'clock. chairs and umbrellas were scarce,8 umbrellas and about 20 chairs for all guests. Also please tell customers before hand about the toll bridge.

The pool hours on the Lake Side pool are 9 pm and I am meeting with the condo board to try to get this extended to 10 pm. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a courtesy issue - and first come first serve. The toll bridge is a one way toll only and we do reference it in our information pack.   This was our first family trip since having kids and it was wonderful! The property was very clean. The kitchen was well equipt and the views, while not on the ocean were pretty. The kids had plenty of space to play and the grownups had plenty of room to visit. The beach is a very short walk away - even for little legs; and the pool is just a little further. We loved the zero entry on the family pool. During low tide, small fish would get caught in the rocks along the beach shore and the kids LOVED watching them! Oh, and there was also undercover parking which kept our cars cleaner. Overall we had a great time and are planning a return next summer with my family again and a return in the fall with my husband's family!

  Cinnamon Beach is a beautiful complex. However, there are no stores close by to even buy some coffee. The game room closed too early. After a day of sightseeing, our teens wanted to use the game room but it was closed at 7pm. The real draw back was the far out location. If we had known that, we would have brought more food with us. Also thought the upfront security deposit and the activities fee were over an over charge. If something had been damaged then we should pay for it not pay for damage that never occured. The activities fee should not have been charged. The activities are a part of the complex.
