With sweeping views of the lake, landscape, and even a strip of Atlantic Ocean from on high, you could be forgiven for thinking that you've gone to heaven. You're close -- you're staying at our big, newly furnished penthouse condo at Cinnamon Beach 1162!
Located on the 6th floor of an elevator building in the gated beachfront Ocean Hammock Resort, our condo is perfect for your next vacation. Here you'll find all the amenities, including an ocean-view heated swimming pool, a clubhouse with activity rooms and fitness center, a bubbly spa, and even a café! But the best part? A private walkway to the unique coquina-shell sands of Cinnamon Beach, just a few minutes' walk from your front door!
You're going to love the inside of our penthouse, but first let's talk about the outside. We have a huge balcony off the living room, spacious enough for a table that seats 6, a BBQ grill, and a lounge chair. Here you can watch the sunrise, inhale the salty sea breeze, and view the beautiful countryside of Palm Coast. Sea birds soar above the lake in morning and late afternoon, moon and stars put on a special show every night, and the balmy air caresses you all day long. This is going to be your favorite place at Cinnamon Beach 1162, so bring some good books, binoculars, and a camera! Serious relaxation is the rule every day on our balcony.
When it's time to come in from the balcony, step into our warm-toned, welcoming living room. All of the furnishings are new, and you'll love the sensation of sinking into our big sectional sofa or putting up your feet on the footstool of our easy chair! The focus of the room is our giant new plasma TV, complete with Blu-ray DVD player. When you watch the big game or put on a favorite movie, you'll be amazed at the quality of the picture and sound! Who needs to take the kids to the movies when you've got the same quality show in much more pleasant and less expensive surroundings?
The dining area is adjacent to the living room in our open-plan condo, and you'll find the big square table very handy for playing board games and cards. This is also a handy place to set up the laptop if you need to check the schedule of your sightseeing venues. You have free wireless Internet at Cinnamon Beach 1162, so tell everyone to bring their electronics!
You may not be doing much cooking on this vacation, but just in case you're inspired to create a homemade meal, count on finding everything you need to prepare and serve it in our kitchen. With granite countertops, gleaming wood cabinetry, and handsome appliances, our kitchen is a pleasure to work in. We've got all the time-savers that mean so much on vacation, too -- a microwave and coffeemaker to get you going in the morning, a blender for frosty beverages to cool you off, and a dishwasher to get you out of the kitchen and back in the action more quickly!
The living and dining area at Cinnamon Beach 1162 is designed for togetherness, but the bedrooms focus on privacy. The master suite is palatial, with a king-sized bed, TV, lovely views, and attached bathroom offering his-and-her vanities plus a separate soaking tub and shower. Plan on early nights and late mornings here!
The second bedroom is pleasant and well-appointed as well, with a queen-sized bed and TV, while the third bedroom offers 2 cheery twin beds and a TV. These are both good-sized rooms with plenty of storage space and elbow room. And a second bathroom with shower and tub option is convenient to both.
You'll find all the towel sets, linens, blankets, and pillows you need waiting for you at Cinnamon Beach 1162. Feel free to use our washer and dryer throughout your visit -- it's so convenient to pop in a load as you leave the house in the morning, and forget about it until you're home from your adventures that night!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is wonderful to be able to stay right on the ocean, and this condo has amazing views. Also, we were very pleasantly surprised to see how well-stocked this condo was. The kitchen has an amazing amount of plates, cookware, etc, and there was an ample amount of towels and linens. If one thing could be changed, we would have liked to have better mattresses on the beds. The master bed was somewhat uncomfortable, and the mattresses on the bunk beds were quite uncomfortable (but our 4 yo didn't mind). Other than that, fabulous fabulous place. Again, my family had a wonderful time in our condo. We were able to be on the beach and from the 5th floor-- what a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. The condo had all accomodations neeeded and more. Also, was pet-friendly. The cleaning lady was very nice she let my daughter in law into their condo a little early due to she was not feeling well. But in ours 853 the shower had mold and mildew in the qrout I cleaned some out with bath cloth. Dryer was over loaded we took out 2 sets of sheets and about 8 towels that had to be divided up in to two loads. Shower curtain in hall bath needs to be changed had mold and mildew on it. There was orange juice on baseboard at eating counter. Base boards need to be dusted.Have not been cleaned in a long time. In condo 852 roman blind in living room was never fixed we reported it the day we got there and it hung half way down the whole time. We have stayed several times before and we were not as pleased with the cleaning job and appearance of either place.For what is charged for cleaning it should be spotless. About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. AND, now I am managing other people's properties in St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach.
