    We were attending a family reunion at Thanksgiving. We found the kitchen to be moderately well furnished and adequate for very basic food preperation but not suitable for cooking a complete meal (Thanksgiving or otherwise). Also, while the condo is identified as self catering we have never before been asked at the end of our stay to strip the beds, empty the trash, etc.

    Definitely a well designed, located and maintained condo. The balcony is quite large, perfect for a glass of wine along with a great view of the ocean ! Short walking distance from the beach. Great for family vacations, yet a quiet area. Great outdoors; well maintained and secure (gated area).

    The area was extremely well maintained! Just driving into the resort area we were impressed by how beautifully manicured the grounds were. The cleaning crew was a few minutes behind when we arrived, but were super friendly and not a nuisance at all. The unit was well-equipped, clean, spacious, and had an unbeatable view. The only issue I had was I couldn't bring my drinks or food to the pool area, I had to buy them from the poolside grille if we wanted anything (though the prices aren't unreasonable.) And the pool is a little bit of a walk from the condo units, but it is a very nice area with a super-cool splash pad for kids, and overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly beach vacation spot. We will definitely be back again!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach #653. The location of the unit could not be any better with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to get to the beach. The vertical blinds in the unit need to be repaired or replaced. And I think it would greatly improve the unit if all of the bed linens could be updated. They are very dated and worn out. Other than those two things, the unit was wonderful, and we would definitely consider staying there again next summer.

    We travelled to Palm Coast Florida for our March Break Vacation and could not have asked for a better experience. This was the second time staying at the Cinnamon Beach Condominium Complex and we will be back in the future. We have stayed in both an ocean front condo as well as a pond view condo. We loved both. The pond view allows for an evening with sunset views and dinner on the large patio. However, at our #653 condo, we had an ocean view and the beautiful sound of the lapping waves 24 hours a day with a stunning view of the sunrise. You really cannot go wrong. We spent the 1st part of our days on the beautiful beach and then finished up at 1 of the 2 pools offered in this gorgeous gated community. The amenities were endless and it was nice to have the option of purchasing drinks and snacks around the pool. Whether it was shopping or enjoying restaurants in St. Augustine or visiting the upbeat beach of Daytona the options are excellent and provide vacationers with endless possibilities only 30 minutes away. With numerous golf courses, this place is great for golf enthusiasts. Take advantage of the discounts VRP have on the superb local golf courses. Great for couples looking to relax, families with kids or anyone looking to get away and feel safe and comfortable doing so. We Will be back!

    This was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. This area of Florida is still quiet and peaceful. There was little traffic and the condo is tucked away from even what little traffic there is in the area. The condo itself was beautiful with plenty of 'extras' to make us feel quite pampered. We would definately rent here again and would gladly recommend it to others.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect condo for families. We loved having a condo with a view of the ocean, well worth the extra money. We ate every meal out on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. Several handles on the dressers had fallen off, that was the only reason for less than 5 stars on the property's condition.

    Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock was great place to stay. First of all the location was great! I would recommend staying at an ocean front condo, which is what we did. It was worth the extra money as the ocean was visible from the living room and the bedroom. It was a great break from the hussle and bussle of Orlando, but plenty to do nearby or just staying on the property with the great pools, work-out room and game rooms and of course the ocean. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a great get-away for a good price.

    This condo was very dirty. The sheets had not been changed from the previous renters. Hair and sand were in showers and sinks. Towels and wash cloths were not clean or washed in linen closet. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

    We really enjoyed staying here. The condo looks smaller in pictures, but we were pleasantly surprised how large it was. The only problem we had was that the air conditioner went out twice. It did get quite warm in the condo at times. The maintainence team was pretty fast though, so that made it better. We loved it!

    Overall, this property was nice. The pools were great, it was easy access to the beach, and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the location and quick access to A1A. <br/><br/>My biggest complaint was the noise. We could hear everything happening in the condo above us. We heard every step they made, and it is obvious they had either children or pets with them, as they were running around until late at night and started very early in the morning, making it very difficult to sleep. Also, the complex didn't enforce some of their key rules including the Noise Ordinance after 10pm and no smoking at the pool. Neither were extreme, but did downplay the stay some.<br/><br/>I would recommend staying here, but suggest you get a top, end unit if you want to avoid the noise.

    Like our previous visit, we had another wonderful week at Cinnamon Beach. Everything regarding the unit, pools and area was great, except for the ocean itself. The ocean is fairly private and beautiful, but the sand is coarser than other FL beaches, and there are rocks along the shoreline to prevent erosion. One recommendation would be to notify guests of the rocks along the shore. Despite the sign at the beach approach, a number of guests didn't notice them at high tide and suffered some minor cuts and bruises.

    Great complex in beautiful area but the rocks on the beach are terribly dangerous when submerged at high tide. Otherwise the property very nice.

    Our stay at Cinnamon Beach was wonderful. While the complex appears to be very large, it was quiet and private, and the beach was never crowded. The only small disappointment was that the adults only pool at the resort had children in it every day, including diaper babies. The presence of the children would not have mattered had we not been expecting an adults only pool. Perhaps management could enforce the rules or not advertise an 18 and above pool. We loved the area, the condo, the beach, and the lush surroundings. We want to come back.

    The oceanfront condo was just wonderful! Extremely clean and had a view of the beach and ocean that was just fantastic. Pool and clubhouse have been very well maintained in the year since we last visited. Recommend recycling bins be introduced by the garbage cans. I hated throwing away all the plastics, glass, and paper. Will definitely consider returning for a third year in a row.

    Splended facility and view of the ocean. I'll just point out three problems, two of them minor, because your staff's understanding and correcting them may enhance the enjoyment of future guests. The little things first: There were small dead bugs on the floor of the master bathroom when we arrived. These very likely could have come in after the last cleaning, so I cannot fault the cleaning crew. Second, and very minor, a small piece or two of metal fell off something near the top of the shower door in the master bath. I laid the piece(s) on the edge of the tub so someone would see it and be able to fix the problem. Also, while I'm thinking about it, a piece of white molding fell off the bottom of one of the decorative pieces that are above the railing on the balcony. It clattered against the balcony and felt to the ground. This is the second such end-piece missing from the white balcony post-like structures near the edge of the ceiling. Finally, what I consider to be the most serious problem: My wife, Jo, was standing at the right-hand sink in the master bath, leaning against the vanity as she brushed her teeth or something. When she backed away, the piece of wood that looks like the front panel of a drawer fell off and struck her on the shin and top of her foot. It left a large, bloody scrape on her leg, which had to be treated and bandaged, and a smaller abrasion on the top of her foot. When I tried to replace the wooden piece, I noticed that a small dowel on the right side that is meant to have a clamp hold onto was missing. So, the piece remains loose and potentially could fall again and hurt someone else. I meant to tell your staff about this as soon as we returned home. I'm sorry I failed to do that.

    I have never had a more horrible vacation ever. First of all the beach was dirty with cigarettes and trash everywhere. There were ants and flies all over the beach. We go to the beach all the time and have never experienced anything like this. The flies bite as well. Secondly, there huge roaches all over the condo. We killed atleast 10 and they were as big as a half dollar. We paid extra to stay on the beach to enjoy the view, but could not because the balcony was filthy and full of spiders and bugs. We tried to stay out of the condo as much as possible due to the roach situation but there was a $2.00 toll to get back into the resort and if you wanted to take A1A it was 30 minutes to the closest restaurant. The neighbor complained about our TV which was not loud. The walls were paper thin we could hear people coughing in the condo next door. This was not a family friendly experience nor a clean esxperience. My daughter was afraid to sleep under the covers because of the bugs. She woke up one night to go to the restroom and was met by a large roach and was scared. All of my kids got sick and I believe it was due to the dirty conditions and bugs. The property manager was nice and friendly and offered to switch us to another building but why would we switch 4 kids when there was a roach infestation in multiple buildings? The management team knew there were bugs before we arrived and should have given us the opportunity to either cancel our stay or ammend or accomadations. Thirdly, the pool has a slide which lands on concrete with a rubber pad that bruised the kids. I went down the slide once myslef and had bruises all over my hips. The pictures on the website are not accurate. This was supposed to be a high end resort and it was nothing of the sort. We spent more money doing things out of the condo because we were so disgusted to be in the condo. Waste of time and money. We wanted to relax on the beach and enjoy the view of the beach, awful.

    We did meet some very nice guests at the condo's, but overall we were very disappointed with our condo, the management, and the beach. The condo was very cheaply accessorized. It was quickly apparent that it was strictly a rental property and not a home. The kitchen had the cheapest utensils and baking ware I've experienced. It was not at all what we've experienced elsewhere. There were LOTS of big rocks in the ocean that were not visible most of the time, which was very unfortunate for my small kids feet. My daughter fell on their slide at the pool and split her chin and needed stitches. Of the two places the Manager recommended going, one didn't see out of towners OR do stitches. How could they recommend them and not know? They didn't have butterfly bandaids or a first aid kit! Just some regular bandaids. It made a tough experience even harder on my 6 year old. It is definitely NOT a place we'd revisit OR recommend.

    All in all a great place. The elevator service however was painfully slow. A minor annoyance at first but by the end of the week it became extremely frustrating. Will definitely book a lower floor next time as walking up and down is by far the quicker way to access the units.

    Great facaility for kids, and very nice views of the ocean. This unti needs help in the kitchen. It was hard to make a nice meal since the cookware was old and there were no kitchen items, ie alum. foil, plastic wrap, condiments, and so on. Otherwise a nice unit.

    Condo was beautifully decorated w/ updated furniture and amenities. Our ocean front view was wonderful. We really enjoyed the club house, pools, exercise, and game rooms. Will definitely consider returning next year.<br/>

    We loved the condo at Cinnamon Beach. No photo could do it justice. My husband and I were both surprised at the view when we first opened the door. The heated pool was a great alternative for the kids when the ocean tide was high. Next time we will plan to eat in more, since there is a $2 toll to cross the bridge to the rental property. That was the ONLY downside.

    We have 4 children and 9 grandchildren living in the Jacksonville area and it's always hard to find time to spend with each family so we rented a condo with 3 bedrooms and they all took turns spending time with us. It was a great visit and we enjoyed the pools and the beach.
