    This unit was very clean and comfortable. All 9 of us LOVED it. The location was great; close to St.Augustine, Publix, and bait shop for the fisherman in the group. We loved the variety offered at Cinnamon Beach. We want to go back next year but this time for a week. We did not have any major problems but whenever we call the management office they were very helpful and quick to accommodate our needs.

    The community is very clean and nice.<br/>The condo is nice and roomy. Kids love the wifi internet but the down side is that we were not provided enough toiletry paper (left over from previous guest)other than that everything is great!

    Everything was great. We all had a great week. I checked out a little eary and house keeping did not answer. I wanted to tell them the oven light is out and light over stove . We plan on our fourth year next year.

    The complex, grounds, pools, condo, etc. were all very nice. However, our unit had VERY dirty carpets and the floors were dirty. Our feet and socks were deep gray after walking around inside. The beds slept well, however the sheets, bedspreads were ill-fitting and just looked very worn and sloppy. The layout of the condo for our large family was great! Beautiful view of the ocean and resort grounds. My family was pleased with it over all--our weather was warm but too much rain! =( Oh well, we still enjoyed ourselves a lot! We would visit again, but for the price, I wish it had been cleaner.

    Arrived on a monday and left on Sunday. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.The ride along A1A to Daytona was beautiful. The beach at the condo was quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at Cinnamon Beach to all my friends. We plan on staying there next year.

    Great vacation destination. Beautiful grounds. Beach was picturesque and easy to take advantage of. Our unit was very roomy, decor was everything you could ask for and the balcony was a bonus. We had a problem with the AC, called the maintenance number and Greg was at our door immediately. He took care of the problem and even checked back the next day. We are looking forward to returning and using your company and facilities again.

    One annoyance: the kitchen pantry was locked, which made putting groceries away a challenge.<br/>Also, the elevator was super slow.<br/>More luggage carts are needed, as most folks are arriving and leaving around the same times.

    As we approached the property we were so pleased. The person at the front gate was so very helpful and told us exactly where to go. Because we were early we went to the pool and we were able to enjoy the water! People were so friendly, we were so pleased with the property we stayed in. The kids saw a alligator in the lagoon swimming, enjoyed the beach, but loved the pool. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early so we didn't get to spend the last day and night as we had planned. A special thank you to the person who helped me get this beautiful condo. It was perfect for the family! We all had our own area and the kids loved the balcony and the view. Thanks again for making our vacation to Florida a very special one.

    Wonderful place! Enjoyed a very relaxing stay. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. It was perfect for them and us to lounge around and relax. Was a little disappointed that our unit didn't have any beach chairs but we made do without just stayed at the pool instead. Other than that the unit had everything we needed. I would recommend the condo to everyone it is the best kept secret in the area!

    Only one thing that we would have liked to have had was a grill. Maybe there is access to one that we didn't know about. Would recommend friends and we would also stay there again.

    Although the condo was great, Palm Coast is rather remote and has a lot to be desired. I am undecided about the beach --- the sand is so soft that it is hard to walk on, unlike the St. Augustine beaches we are accustomed to. However the kids loved the beach at low tide and enjoyed looking for shells. Since the rocks (jetties) are covered with water and cannot be seen at high tide, it appears that swimmers could be at risk to swim during this time. The natural beach is a mecca for shells and is very beautiful.<br/><br/>We were very surprised that there were no showers or faucets at the end of the boardwalks to rinse the sand off (except at the pool area). Faucets should definitely be added. We did locate a faucet in the parking garage which I am sure was not meant to rinse sand from feet.<br/><br/><br/>

    This is the second year we have stayed at Cinnamon Beach and we just love it. Building 10 is a great location, close to the beach, pool and a nice view of the lake. The children's pool is great! Our kids loved it. The condo is nice. We were a little disappointed with the way the kitchen was equiped, as far as cooking utensils and pans. And the coffee maker was quirky (had to put a piece of cardboard in the filter area to get it to close) but otherwise it was great!

    Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this property. The condo was well kept, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for traveling into St. Augustine, Daytona and Cape Canaveral. We loved the two pool option and the beach was beautiful. The ease of renting was a plus - we couldn't believe how easy it was to book. Every person we dealt with from reservations to the security gaurd at the gate were professional and helpful. We will definately use Vacation Rental Pros again!

    We spent waaay to much time researching where to stay for our Florida vacation but it definitely paid off. When we arrived at our unit, it was much nicer than the pictures we had seen. The unit was VERY spacious and extremely clean. The beach is great, however our kids (ages 5 and 3) spent most of their time in the zero entry pool/hot tub, and of course the waterpark. Everything was very clean and in great condition and the Publix grocery store is only a few minutes drive down the road. We had a great time, met some great new friends, and will return next year. I think it was day 5 when I walked into the kitchen and said to my wife, I feel like I am at home. We loved everything about it and recommend it as a nice quiet family vacation spot.

    Just one suggestion: 1. There should be at least two luggage carts available for moving luggage in and out of the unit. The one luggage cart that was available for use, was tied up for as long as 45 minutes at a time requiring us to carry luggage to and from the elevator.
