  Overall it was a beautiful condo that is after we finally found the building. Arrived late and couldn't see all the addresses and the guard was no help had no clue, they should have a little more training on the layout of the building. Bldg 900 address is hidden by palm trees. Only suggestion is to have decorative address signs in front of the buildings in the garden areas. Condo was super clean and had a beautiful ocean view, I would recommend building 9 for the view. Beach was very clean but not the best to walk on in bare feet lots of shells. When advertising units people should also be made aware of the toll bridge that you need to cross to get to the condo's everytime you leave, we found out after booking.

  management co. all great except the continuous marketing to sell properties, even attached to my reservation receipt - 29 pages that I printed out before I realized it - full color! could have used a "how to use the TV/DVD" 3 remotes-ugh! Overall was great, general condition a 4 due to curtains falling off in two rooms, rip in mst comforter, living room furniture showing sign wear, bamboo doesn't hold up well, I guess - but I would stay on floor 3 or above if you want full ocean view

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, the weather was wonderful, and everyone had a great time. My only complaint was that our stay was too short! We would love to have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

  We had a great time at this condo. On previous visits to the area we had stayed at Hammock Beach resort. While having every day maid service was nice we had a better overall experience at this condo. The access to the beach &amp;amp; pools was very easy and<br/> the condo was spacious &amp;amp; well furnished.

  We weren't able to check in until around 6:00 pm due to the condo. not being ready. The staff said it had been &amp;quot;trashed&amp;quot; the week before. We loved the condo but the linens were very old and threadbare. Not what I expected from such a nice place.

  The facility was well maintained and decorated. We enjoyed out time there; however, we were a displeased with two issues. One involved a very rude gate keeper. The next issue involved a snake next door to the clubhouse that no one seemed very concerned about. That was pretty frightening. Finally, the clubhouse manager called some maintenance people to check it out.

  I love having two pools and having food and drink service right at the pool. It's great that the kids can have some lunch without having to get out of their swimsuits and go back to the condo. The beach is really nice, clean, not crowded, and a nice family place.

  I've had a lot of vacations in my day and this has to rate right up there with the best of them. I can't think of anything more a vacation site could have been. Great location, activities, price, everything. It's just close enough to Daytona and Jacksonville to get there within an hour but far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds. I will go back.

  1 Flaw - and it really pissed us off! The snack bar manager really has to lighten up. I can appreciate that they don't want you to eat food at the pool - HOWEVER - Every day he sent someone out to 'speak to me' about my plastic cup with water in it! One day I got body blocked by a blond waitress at the entrance to the kid's pool who told me I couldn't bring my green plastic glass filled with ice water in. I told her it was water, showed her it was water and brought it in with me. Another day I was spoken to by the property manager, another day by another waitress who was very apologetic and told us she was 'sent.'I showed her it was water, told her also that I had Cheerios, an apple and snacks for my 6 month and 3 year grandaughter and that I was going to continue to bring snacks for them. Another day I was spoken to by the Maintenance Man! Well, I went up one side of him and down the other and he apologized, explained he was just the messenger and returned later to tell us that he though the snack bar owner was 'over the top' in harrassing us and that he would speak to the property manager on our behalf. Finally, it settled down - after a solid week of EVERY DAY! Now, we were there 3 weeks, so we had a chance to settle down... but what about a 1 week guest? If I was only there a week, I'm not sure I'd have the best impression. Also, someone might want to pass on to the restuarant owner - that we went elsewhere for lunch because we were so **********! We did eventually give in and buy ice cream for the kids and beer for my hubby... but believe me - he lost more revenue than he gained by harrassing us. And those poor servers - having to do the dirty work. So that's the story. LOVE Cinammon Beach but that pool deal is not working. Please don't make these comments public - I'm writing this as constructive criticism.

  Who wants to move after 2 days of settling in, housekeeping, sprucing up all unpacked etc. We travel heavy but just the 2 of us and our cairn. I must have a nap on vacation...was hard napping Monday, Thurs., Friday. The fire dept. and sherrif came one day because the tilers van was leaking gasoline right in the parking lot. I saw the tile job and the tilers do good work. Overall a fun vacation. Downside, any construction noise even if it's on the 6th floor and you're on the second floor sounds like it's in your condo. I got to get a house next time.

  The rugs were dirty and the unit is showing wear. The outside electrical outlet didn't work and with no ceiling fan out there was quite warm on the ocean facing porch.

  Had a greatvtime at cinnamon beach; condo was larger than we expected it to be.. Great view and we enjoyed the beach. I got to see my son catch his first fish (blue runner). The community of cinnamon. Beach was quaint and a hidden gem. Loved the homes around the condos; reminded me of Seaside, Florida. Would gladly stay there again!!!

  I enjoyed the property,everything was very convenient. The other guests/residents were friendly and sociable. The Ocean Hammock golf course was worth the price, even though the staff were snooty and aloof. Would consider the property again, and will be returning to FL in the fall for two weeks.<br/>

  We were pretty happy with the place we stayed. I felt it could have been cleaned better, and there were more bugs than I liked, but it was pretty and very spacious.

  This is the second year in a row we have vacationed at Cinnamon Beach and it will not be our last.<br/>My wife, 4 kids, and I absolutely love this place. It is the perfect place for families to spend a relaxing vacation.<br/>Don't get me wrong, there is plenty to do here if you don't want to lie around on the beach all day.   We loved the condominum at Palm Coast, a beautiful home away from home. We ate all of our meals on the balcony, listening to the ocean. Our young girls LOVED the pool so much we didn't spend a lot of time on the beach.<br/>The beach is not good for those who love to run or walk, as your feet sink in the sand, but it's super family friendly!

  The screen door to the balcony really did not work very well. We like to cook at the kitchen was sparingly equipped.

  Our two families take turns every year planning our summer vacation. This year was our turn. After much searching I found Vacation Rental Pros & conviently booked our vacation in Palm Coast at Cinnimon Beach Resort. Both our families were so impressed with the accommodations, the beach, and the easy walk to the pools as well as the gym. We felt so at home in our condo with plenty of room for our two families to share. The only thing that could have made this a more enjoyable trip would have been if we all could have spent longer than a week together. I feel very confident that this is where our two families will vacation for years to come.

  Dear Vacation Rental Pros, Please check the directions you emailed ahead of time. There were two frustrating errors. One says that the gate is the third right on the property (it is the second) and the other says that the Super Walmart is a little more than 2 MILES from the highway (it is a little more than two BLOCKS). You may also want to indicate the name of that intersection since the Steak and Shake is visible from the road but not the Super Wal-Mart. As for the property, we LOVED this unit and would like to return! We do recommend a new dishwasher (the one there has a faulty soap dispenser and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty when we arrived). There are also significant stains on the carpet in the dining room area that appear to be from guests who came in with wet sandy feet. This place is definitely on our radar for next spring break and we would love to know that these maintenance issues (at least the dishwasher) were resolved. Gorgeous unit!

  We were supposed to spend one month at a unit in Surf Club One. We were very disappointed upon arrival as many things were not as advertised. However,Vacation Rental Pros was very helpful in securing another unit for us elsewhere thus saving our long awaited vacation from disaster.

  This was a wonderful place. Huge room. New and well maintained. The beach had potential of being great but we were there during red tide. Not the fault of the rental staff by any means. Overall perfect secluded place great for a family week at the beach.

  This was our first vacation as a family with our daughter, she was 13 months. And it was perfect...the condo was very nice and comfortable, the pool area was so peaceful, and we had a great time. The only thing that we would have changed was that the beach was dirty, there was debris and trash littering the beach and made it not exactly somewhere that you wanted to spend much time. However, still it was a great time and we hope to return soon with different beach conditions.
