A home-away-from-home! We are sure that is how you will feel when you arrive. Our home is located in a new, quiet neighborhood. One can listen to the birds singing in the morning as you have a cup of coffee on the deck. You can take an early morning stroll and meet many of the neighbors, watch the children go to school, or you may even see some wildlife.

There are many activities around to keep busy during your time in Florida. The beach is only about 20 minutes away - shelling and looking for sharks teeth are a great pastime. Shopping and great restaurants are ten minutes away in Port Charlotte. There is also some great restaurants right in North Port.

Then there are the theme parks - Disney World, Sea World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios - all these are approximately two-and-one-half hours north. You will find Busch Gardens and the Water Park in Tampa an hour and a half away. Going south you have the Shell Factory, Captiva and Sanibel Islands about an hour away.
