*** WINTER SEASONAL 1/2/09 thru 4/5/09 - $5000.00 plus electric *** Perfect summer, winter, spring, or fall vacation condominium nestled nicely in the heart of the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Stunningly clean, this roomy and tastefully decorated condominium sleeps six, and is located right on the Kancamagus highway just about one-quarter of a mile before Loon Mountain with winter shuttle service to Loon.
This second-floor unit has nine-foot sliders that open to a deck offering a spectacular view of the Pemigawasset River that flows right through the back yard below. The heated outdoor pool(open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) and tennis courts are just a minute or two away from the front door.
Step behind the tennis courts and onto the paved bike-path/walkway that will lead you on a leisurely, relaxing ride or walk along the rushing river right into Loon Mountain's parking lot. Summer activities begin at Loon on June 25.
In addition to the wonderful outdoor activities of the White Mountain National Forest and the Kancamagus Highway, the North Conway shopping outlets are only a 45-minute drive and the Tilton outlets are only 35 minutes away.
All you need to supply is your own sheets and towels - we provide plenty of pillows, blankets, and comforters.
NEW - sheet and bath towel option - Due to several requests from International travelers, optional sheets and towels will now be made available for $35 for the first bed and $15 for each additional bed.
Just about anything else you may need should be available. Suggestions are welcome for anything we may have missed. Plenty more pictures available - just ask and I will email them.
