White Sands Village is directly across from beautiful White Sands Beach (with its spectacularly clear water) on the Kona coastline - one of the few beaches in Kona! It is one of the few concrete buildings (rather than wood structures) with an elevator in Kona. Have your time in paradise easier to access and quieter when you want to relax.

Go snorkeling at one of the most fantastic locations for viewing colorful and plentiful tropical fish at Kahaluu State Park, a short mile down the road. Green sea turtles make it their home. Rent equipment right on the beach.

Begin your mornings sipping Kona coffee on the 27' lanai while overlooking the palm trees, poinciana tree, hibiscus, plumerias,and banana trees with peeks of ocean through nearby trees. You may reach our condominium by elevator, up on the second floor away from street noise or pool sounds.

Our spacious 1208 foot unit (including 27'private lanai) is tropically furnished with upgraded Hawaiian decor, including new couch and loveseat. The kitchen, bathrooms, and entry hall are all newly tiled. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The condominium is well-supplied with linens, cookware, beach equipment, and lots of extras. The two TV's, stereo with Hawaiian tapes, and VCR with videos add to your comfort.

The inviting pool with chaise lounges, jacuzzi, game room with pool table, library, and free tennis courts are available for your use. Take an easy stroll over to the beach or park (with benches along a sea wall or shaded lawn) and enjoy the white sand beach,turquoise water, waves, a swim, snorkeling, the sun, or sunset. Shop the local farmer's market for great buys on local fruits or shop at the large supermarkets and use the kitchen or barbecue.

If you feel like dining out, there are many varied restaurants in the area (Jameson's right across the street with outdoor dining for lunch and dinner). We have a notebook in the condominium to give you suggestions along with the comments from our many renters - such as yourself, who write about their experiences. Kona town itself is only ten minutes or so away.

We used the pool everyday and loved going to the beach to see sunsets, volleyball and waves. People in the complex were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and the easy access to everything.

  • Our family travelled to Kona from Washington state to attend the wedding of our son Trevor to his beautiful bride Kasey. The condo was very comfortable - we didn't ahve to use the air conditioning - just kept the fans going the whole time. It was nice to be off the highway so there were no road noises but close enough for a few minute drive into town to eat and shop. It was great having the washer and dryer also. Again, we had a great time and really enjoyed the use of the condo - if we come back we will know where to stay!! THANK YOU!!!

  • Aloha This is a great home away from home! We have stayed at White Sands Village before and this condo was the best! It's quiet, very clean and had great ammenities...especially nice was the beach equipment and coolers. It is in a perfect location for snorkeling, boogie boarding and just relaxing. Jameson's restaurant is across the street and if you ask they will feed the eels that live under their deck. Really cool! The food is pretty good too.   • ALoha, What a wonderful and economical rental in a great location. It was very refreshing to know that we had a completely equiped Kitchen to prepare meals in adding to the great savings thatwe enjoeyd by renting this condo. Location was fantastic and made it easy to satisfy all who were on this vacation. Highly recomend this to anyone traveling on a budget. Great value for your money.     Mom and I went for a bit of walking and picked up some dead coral that looked really nice and found a shoreline access path that lead you to a lava flow beach. Did shopping at Wal-Mart,and Hilo Hattie's after snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach. Went to the Rogal Kona Resort Luau. The luau was a great presentation of various Polynesian dances. Most of us confused poi with coconut pudding. The Kahlua pork was excellent even though it was all-you-can-eat night, one serving did all of us in. I made an attempt at surfing, took a plane ride to the volcano. A big Mahalo for letting us use this most humble abode. Many more happy, sunny tropical days to you!
