    We were in 964 which was a very nice unit. My parents were int eh next door unit (963) which was not nearly as nice.

    Disappointed when we arrived at 5:00 p.m. and property was no ready for us. My daughter is confined to a wheelchair and we had to wait for over an hour and a half until the property was ready. We were told by the housecleaner that someone was supposed to notify us about the one ever called. Otherwise we would have left our home later. Apparently previous guests made a real mess so it was taking longer to clean. Things like dish holder in bottom of sink was dirty and coffee grinds in coffeemaker. Also shower curtain liner in first bathroom was very moldy. We had to call up houskeeping to have them bring a new one. Also, elevator needs airconditioner. You can barely breathe in there.

    The resort was beautiful and right on the beach. Condo was much better than what it looks like on the internet. Felt very safe and relaxed.     Thank you so much for a great spring break! We had a big group and we were all able to stay in the same building. The rooms were gorgeous & clean. The only con was that the pool & hot tub closed at 6:00. That seemed to be a little early. But we enjoyed it very much! I've already recommended it to many other friends :-)

    The beach itself, while beautiful, is somewhat dissapointing due to a coquina formation that was forms eons ago. It makes boogie boarding, body surfing and wading in the surf very difficult (however, there are some breaks in the formation). There is a beautiful beach about 5 miles north on A1A Matanzza. I'm from Gainesville VA

    We have family in St Augustine but rentals there are a bit outdated. Palm Coast provided the atmosphere and setting for a beautiful vacation, and the drive to visit family in vacation was not far at all. The beach, pool, grocery access was perfect. The condo,unit 964, was beautiful inside and out. We will definitely come again.

    The TV in the Master Bedroom didn't have a remote. No Ice in refrigerator when we got there. TV and Phone unplugged in one of the guest rooms. Also we were disappointed in the restaurant on the property. It could be upgraded also as we had children along we were disappointed that the water slide and play area wasn't working.<br/>Overall we would return for a visit.

    Had a wonderful vacation at Cinnamon Beach Resort, stayed in unit 964 next to the pool. I read MANY reviews that raved how beautiful the resort was, in my opinion they were absolutely right, the condo was decorated very tastefully and the grounds were lovely. We enjoyed ourselves so much we plan to return many times.

    The property overall was very nice. I am from Indiana and we were a little dissapointed with the beach. Not recommended for a top 10 Florida beach. The family pool was great, even with small children. It was safe and accessible for the parents to enjoy too. We would probably stay at another location for another spring break.

    The only real disappointment was that the cafe and ocean side bar, which were said to be open/available in the rental information, were closed down (for a long time). This should not be in the literature if it's not available. We had to make a special trip to the grocery to buy snacks/drinks we were planning to purchase poolside.

    If you are looking for a beach to swim in, this is not the one. It has big rocks and you would get hurt, but for a winter get away this is really nice.

    I would like to say that we were very disappointed with the way we and other guests were treated in the pool area. We were told dont get drinks near the pool, get off of the kid zone water feature (helping our kids get up and down not playing on it), and tons of other nit picky stuff. However, on our last night there apparently an owners son decided he and about 15 of his friends would come in the family pool and wrestle, throw each other around, slinging a waterlogged kids football all over the place, all while my 4 year old and my friends 3 year old were right next to them. Our kids could not play except in 1-2 feet of water for fear of getting pummled by one of these teenagers or hit with a ball. The pool guy said nothing and watched it all happen. When I asked him about it before we left, all he could say is he (the son) knows the rules and acknowledged that it was in fact the son of someone "important". Apparently he (the son) was operating under different rules than the ones we had to abide by. It was a total lack of respect and they should have been told so by the staff on duty. This occured at about 815pm on 8/29/08. I would like to know that this has been addressed if at all possible. I disagree that owners should have different privledges than guests as we still pay good money to stay at a place like this. Thanks for your time in reading this complaint . Other than this the vacation was very good.

    This was our 4th trip to Cinnamon Beach and each time we can't imagine how it could be any better. Although the weather was not fantastic, (Fay put a damper on our vacation) the accomodation was spectacular. Roomy, beautifully decorated, every amenity, a home away from home...but better. Steve Milo and his team are extremely attentive and quick to respond to any question or need. We will definitely be back.
