The location was fantastic. The area was close to the beach and was beautiful. It was so nice to have a condo with all the kitchen utensils we needed. The cooler and beach towels were nice to have for our trips and picnics.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well set up for families. Loved the easy access to the beach and short walk to the car. Fun Time in Maui

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui during March 2011. We loved that you can walk out on to the lanai and then wander the gardens and property! There are so many nice beaches just minutes away (including the one at the resort). We had 3 families traveling together (3 different condos). Some of the condos were a bit dated, but still clean and comfortable. Very family friendly resort. Would recommend this condo to others traveling to Maui. So much to do, we needed more than 7 nights!

Thanks Dan and Sri, we loved our stay at your condo. The condo grounds are beautiful and we loved the local activities. The condo was perfect for us and was very nice and comfortable. The complex is so beautiful and with the pools and restaurant there is no need to leave. We spent most of our time swimming in the ocean and the various pools. The onsite restaurant is excellent and the staff are the best. We loved the Mai Tai drinks they serve. I will definitely recommend your condo to friends and family. We look forward to returning. We had a fabulous time in July 2007. The condo has a great location and we really appreciated having the baby supplies for our granddaughter! We are looking forward to our return stay with friends in July 2009.

We stayed at the property for 8 nites 3/24/07 thru 4/01/07. Had a wonderful time. Accomadations were everything they had promised. Having the beach right off the pool area was a plus!! My husband is a big snorkeler & saw several turtles off shore. We will definently return someday. Thank you!

FABULOUS. We truly enjoyed our stay. Sri & Dan were very responsive to our questions and needs. There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed these wonderful spacious accommodations, property & pool. Kaanapali Shores is a great property and we would return to your condo if and when we returned to Maui. We all had a great time and will remember our stay for many years. Please note, We felt very lucky to have the corner suite, so close to the beach. We would recommend more ice trays and that's it! You had everything we need. Dan, Sri and Jasmine, WOW!!!! We had a great time staying in your condo, thanks for allowing us the opportunity. We will recommend your place to all our friends if their plans take them to Maui. The kids and us enjoyed the movies and magazines you had at the condo. Our youngest daughter, Sally, said this was the best place she has ever stayed. "It felt like home". Sri and DAN, Thanks for the great first floor unit at the Kaanipali shores. Our kids loved to run outside to play catch on the grass. The unit was very cozy for the 5 of us and the movies and updated magazines were great. The condo was located close by to lots of things in Maui and were we able to fit in lots of activities--snorkeling, parasailing, lots of great food. We did have some problems with the air conditioning in the unit, but Sri tried to help and the fans also provided relief. The only negative experience we had at the condo was that our kids were not allowed to use the kids camp. They were very disappointed, as were we, since we were told when we booked the reservation that the kids camp was included for a small fee. Thanks to Sri who tried to work with the hotel to have the kids join the camp. They actually had made 2 friends at the condo who were also going to camp, but unfortunately our kids could not. My only suggestion for the condo would be to get clear on the kids camp rules before another family my be disapoointed. Thanks again for helping us have a Maui paradise vacation to remember. Owner response:Dear Brad and Andrea Goodman and the family, Thank you for staying with us, for the suggestions and to let the A/C Tech guy fixed the A/C while you were there/staying in the unit. They changed the kids camp rules, they were open to all the units in the complex. Since Aston Resort paid for the liability insurance (The insurance that covered if something happen with kids while they are there), kids camp is available for Aston Resort guests only and our unit is rental directly by us the owner (out of Aston Resort Rental Program). Sorry for the inconvenience you and the family had. we did not put Kids Camp facility in our website anymore because we are not part of Aston Resort Rental Program, so Kids Camp is not available for our guests in our unit.

The condo was great. We loved the ground floor easy access to the pool and parking. The accomidations were comfy for all of us too. (Two adults and two children) Honestly, if we come back to Maui (this was our 3rd trip) we would want to stay at the condo again. It was close to Lanhina, the shoping center across the street was great and close to Honolua, where I managed to surf and/or snorkel every day.

Suzanne & I wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. It was perfect for our needs. Our stay in Maui was great. We had done so much running in Kaui, that by the time we got to Maui, all we really wanted to do was hang out on the beah. We did some snuba diving at Molokini and road bikes down Haleakala. I played a round at The Plantation Course at Kapalua, too. Other then that, we spent a lot of time on the beach, enjoying the R & R & watching the sunset. We will recommend your place to our friends.
