"Christmas in Paris, staying with Paris Perfect, turned out to be by best idea of 2011. The Syrah apartment was exactly as shown on the website, was spotlessly lean and supremely comfortable - a pleasure to come home to every evening. The staff at Paris Perfect were extremely helpful, always professional and very welcoming. I will definitely be using Paris Perfect again."

The apartment is lovely in a really nice neighborhood - I'd highly recommend this as a much better alternative to a standard hotel stay. There is every convenience needed both in the apartment as well as on the market street, Rue Clar, where it is located. As well the apartment is beautifully located for walking to many places and the metro is only a few blocks away. I would also say that the personal hand holding the staff at Paris Perfect does is very helpful; the owners are very thorough in terms of the information about staying in the city, and generous in sharing their knowledge; and finally the referrals provided by Paris Perfect for sightseeing, transfers, and other services are to excellent contacts. I can say this as we used many of them, and were delighted."

"The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we would need. There were even some essentials in the refrigerator when we arrived. The neighborhood was just perfect - an outdoor market right out the door and restaurants right up the street!! We were very centrally located for sightseeing as well!! We will be back!!"

Staying at the Syrah on delightful Rue Cler was the perfect way for us to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The apt was the perfect size, had all the amenities we wanted/needed, a fabulous location - overall exceeding our expectations! The Paris Perfect staff was very accommodating - patiently answering all our questions, providing great suggestions and advice for our week in Paris. We also took their suggestion and hired Victor for transportation to/from the apartment - they were also great! Very professional, on time and saved us time, energy and many headaches! All in all - Paris Perfect was very instumental in making our special vacation "perfect"!

"This was our third stay with Paris Perfect- and once again, everything truly was PERFECT! The customer service, the apartment location, the decor, the appliances- all are delightful. We could never imagine staying anywhere else while in Paris than at one of Paris Perfect's lovely apartments. "I traveled to Paris with my husband to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and had booked an apartment with Paris Perfect for our stay. I was a bit nervous as this was not only our first time in Paris, but our first time traveling abroad. The Paris Perfect team was so helpful and professional. The apartment exceeded our expectations; it was even nicer than depicted on the website and the local team had stocked it with a few niceties like coffee, milk, cookies and a bottle of wine! It was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The location was fabulous and we felt very safe. We highly recommend Paris Perfect!! "

"Our second stay with ParisPerfect. As before, the amenities and quality of accomodation were outstanding. When you consider all the pluses, the expense is quite reasonable. Syrah has a wonderful location, very close to market shopping, metro stations, and many restaurants. On the other hand, on the top floor and with the windows closed, it is very quiet. We'll be back"

We stayed for 6 days in April. What a location! The suite was well appointed and perfect for 2 or perhaps a family with a small child. Rue Cler is an amazing introduction to the Paris lifestyle and close to sights and the Metro. The staff was helpful but not obtrusive and the apartment was properly equipped. We were in Europe for 3 weeks and this was the undoubted highlight. The Rive Gauche is the right area for us. (Sorry about the pun). We'll be back.

We loved our stay in Syrah, on the lively market street of Rue Cler. The apartment was was well appointed and comfortable. We loved sipping espresso on our balcony every morning! Outside, we had markets, cafes, two patisseries, and a sublime cheese shop just steps from our door. The Paris Perfect staff was helpful and responsive, helping to make our stay a terrific experience. We will be back next year!"

Having stayed in several flats managed by other companies in Paris, I must admit that we were thoroughly surprised and enchanted by not only the Syrah flat and the fact that it was better than advertised on the website but also by the impeccable service we received during our stay. it usually is quite an ordeal to rent a flat in Paris but the ParisPerfect team made it seem like a walk in the park! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my "picky and demanding" friends who often travel to Paris. And of course, the best part of all: the Nespresso machine in the kitchen...that is quite the classy touch! Thank you again for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable

"First Class Accommodation" "This is the second year that we have rented an apartment from Paris Perfect. This year we stayed in a beautiful, newly-refurbished apartment on Rue Cler, the foodies' paradise. The apartment was lovely with a large new bathroom and kitchen. Everything was there to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. Outside our doorstep were flowers, cheeses, wines and delicious foods of every delicious variety. There was a honey store of few steps from our apartment that makes honey cakes that are to die for. We will return again next year to visit Paris and you can be sure we will return to Paris Perfect for another wonderful apartment. The apartements are as beautiful as the pictures you can see online. The Syrah was even better than pictured. "

I have to say that this appartment is well situated..Rue Clerc ia a 'super" street with all the necessities that you will need ( cheeze, wine, everything...really) The service is just WOW from Paris Perfect..They treat you well.. I have many many times used other rental services in Paris..But this one..is CLASS all the way..5 ***** Will renew with them in March /April 2010..That is for sure.

What a wonderful week I had on my most recent trip to Paris thanks in no small measure to Paris Perfect. I can honestly now refer to 'my pied-a-terre'.........Every detail has been condsidered from the welcome basket to the French-themed DVDs (particularly my favorite, LA FEMME NIKITA). Once one has fallen in love with the City of Light, it makes all the difference to be a resident in the neighborhood and not simply a lodger in a hotel room. Your restaurant tips were terrific as well. Needless to say, I am earnestly studying next year's calendar in preparation for my next booking! Merci, merci beaucoup!

“Thank you so much for a lovely stay in Paris. The apartment is a perfect combination of comfort with elegance. It is a testament to your creativity hat within minuets one can grab a blanket, pull a shot of expresso, and plop down on the couch with a Paris Top Ten magazine as if you've been living there for months!We especially appreciated the music selection and console. As advertised the attention to lighting design in the apartment set such a romantic mood which cont'd on out into the most romantic city in the world.Our stay was on the shorter side so we focused on just walking around in beautiful neighborhoods. We had been to Paris 2 years back and crammed all the sights in then. This time we luxuriated in the simplicity of walks, cafes, and finding delight in getting a little lost every now and then.I believe there is a Rick Steve's segment on rue Cler's fantastic markets. Regardless, this location is the best we've stayed at. The food along rue Cler in combination with convenience of our apartment's kitchen was just fantastic - the best food - we can't stop talking about how delicious everything is.Thank you so much for all your superb hospitality and attention to detail - You have made our mini-break to Paris memorable and relaxing, but most of all romantic!”

“My husband and I (and our 2-year-old toddler) just returned from a fabulous stay at The Syrah apartment on Rue Cler. Our apartment was impecable and the view from our balcony was amazing! Philippe and Madeline provided us with extremely useful and entertaining information about our neighborhood, which proved more helpful than any guidebook. The neighborhood was quaint and the shops were terrific. When we arrived the first day, a market on our street was in full swing. We took some time to buy fresh poultry, veggies and, of course, fromage. The apartment was bright and airy with pleasant and comfortable decor. (We hid the breakables in a cabinet so our toddler would not destroy anything.) Each day we walked around the city and stopped at every park along the way. Paris is very kid friendly and so is Paris Perfect. (We forgot our stroller at a hotel in Nice, and Caroline, the apartment's manager, expedited its safe return for us). In the evening we ate our meals together and then read a bedtime story to our toddler before retreating to the balcony for a class of wine and classical music. It was splendid! A trip of a lifetime for us. Thank You!”

“The apartment and neighborhood are absolutely wonderful! What a great location, I just wish we'd had more time to relax and explore the neighborhood more since we were busy dragging our poor children (ages 10& 13) all over Paris to see the sights. My husband did manage to sit on the balcony several times to enjoy his red wine, bread and cheese. (vin rouge, pain et fromage, the only word in french that he knows!)We visited the Greek restaurant for crepes many times.Merci, merci, merci!

“Being a mother of sons, I knew I would have to organize my own birthday party, so we decided to celebrate my 60th with a wonderful week in Paris.The apartment is special. We only saw you once but didn't need to as your professional approach, wonderful 'local notes' thought of everything.We have always loved PARIS 7 and rue Cler with its local flavour is great. The busy day to day activity of operational Paris makes you feel like you are 'living the dream' if only for a short time.We hired motorscooters so highlight:-6AM bike ride through PARIS - over bridges, under towers & watching the sunrise over the river before breakfast on the balcony. Being able to shop for groceries in French downstairs with the grocery cart/bag was very fun. Your location for the apartment is marvellous! Everything is so near! “This is a wonderfully peaceful and picturesque location and we particularly enjoyed using the beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy the cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables which we could purchase just below us. The neighborhood gave us a relaxing feeling.The apartment was beautifully furnished and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff when we arrived.We enjoyed Paris neighborhoods such as Montmartre, Marais and others. In particular, we liked 'Au Lapin Agile', a caberet in Montmart. We found our apartment a convenient base (using the metro) to visit Versailles, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Musee Rodin (the parent of our Rodin museum in Philadelphia), and the nearby Eiffel Tower (on foot).We all agreed we would like to return again. This was my first trip to Paris & the apartment made our stay a lot more enjoyable because we were able to rest very comfortably and enjoy all the amenities the apartment had to offer at the end of each day.We especially enjoyed buying all the food and drinks we needed from the stores just below our apartment. The location of our apartment was excellent as we were just a short walk to the metro and bus stops. We would certainly recommend Paris Perfect to our friends wishing to visit Paris for at least a week. “We had a wonderful week in Paris! Your greeter was there to greet us on our first day and settle us in. Then we were off to explore the fantastic Rue Cler neighbourhood. We have enjoyed eating at many of the local restaurants and were regulars at the boulangerie/patisserie and produce shops. Check out "Satine" across the street for women's designer-fashions. The owners are very friendly and the clothing is fashion forward. The apartment has been a welcome refuge after long days of walking and sightseeing. Syrah is absolutely adorable - cheerful, comforable, and it had everything - even a vase for flowers we purchased at one of the local flower markets right outside our door. We loved the terrace - what a plus! We loved the rue Cler cafes and the local boulangerie/patisserie just up the street.I especially appreciated access to free telephone calls and wireless internet since the SIM card in my blackberry didn't work when I got to Paris. The ParisPerfect staff members were so friendly and their orientation was great. We had all of the info needed in the notebook in the apartment.We have been telling everyone about our great experience. We stayed at the Syrah apartment in Paris and it was perfect. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The balcony was fantastic and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 including two teenage girls.The location - on the Rue Cler - couldn't have been more convenient; great to relax on balcony and sites of Paris and rue Cler below. It was close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. The shops and restaurants below our building were great. It was nice to be able to stop by the butcher shop and bakery after a long day of sightseeing to get a snack to take back to the apartment.The staff at Paris Perfect were extremely helpful. The young man that met us at the apartment was very knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know. We even received a phone call from the Paris Perfect office asking if we needed anything. 04/2009 I took my mother to Paris. I needed a place that was in a location with things nearby that we could easily get to and enough for her to easily be able to see. The Syrah apt. worked out very well with the balcony for her to sit on and people watch. She did enjoy this very much. The apt. was very comfortable and with great views. The decorating and furnishings were both very nice. We walked to many places in the area. My mother so enjoyed the markets. She spent a lot of time there. We also sat outside at local restaurants and people watched. It was a nice trip for both. We enjoyed the time spent together and have chatted about it so much since our return home. Thank you Paris Perfect with all your help with this nice apt. and with our whole stay..J. Glass
