  My wife and I recently stayed at this beach house for a week vacation. We can't say enough good things about this place. The home is very modern and has so many great amenities that you would not expect to have at most beach rentals. The Wi-Fi, Golf Cart for quick trips to the beach, beach accessories (Umbrella, kayaks to name a few) made this the best beach trip we have ever had. We truly felt like we were at our home away from home. We will come back to this property for years to come.

  We just spent a couple of days in this very clean and well maintained property, and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything was very modern, up-to-date, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our 3 families, each with small children (toddlers/elementary age). We loved the play area and picnic table below the house, and the golf cart made the 10 minute walk to the beach very easy. There was even a garden hose to spray ourselves off after a sandy day at the beach! The owners were very easy to get a hold of and very helpful with all questions that we had. This was our first experience with VRBO, and so we were a little unsure of what to expect. I have to say that this property exceeded all of my expectations, and it was a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend.

  My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful Carolina Beach home for or first family vacation. It is even more stunning in person! The house is spacious, very will appointed, clean, and had little touches that made vacationing with kids a breeze! It's great for a small group of adults, too! The golf cart was especially helpful in getting our gear to/from the beach. The public beach access is close and the beach wasn't crowded, even when the heat index was 115°. The boardwalk, shops, & restaurants are fairly close by, as well as the park, where they show outdoor movies every Sunday. It's only a short drive to the aquarium, and there are plenty of fresh, locally grown produce stands & seafood stands on 421, just beyond the bridge. Downtown Wilmington is about a twenty minute drive, and worth it for the shops, restaurants, and activities, when you want something away from the beach. The homeowners & caretaker were incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We plan to make this home our yearly vacation spot! Highly recommended!!

  The house is beautiful and VERY clean,everything works and it's in great condition.Great house for families with kids... I can't wait to spend more summer days in this home!

  This is truly a home away from home! It is furnished with everything guests need for a comfortable, relaxing stay especially for families with children. The beach is within easy walking distance but having the use of the golf cart was very handy for transporting beach supplies. We found the property manager easy to work with and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Also, arranging for the rental was very easy. For anyone looking for a beautiful home in a great location, I would highly recommend this one! Just bring along your food and swimsuit and enjoy!

  Came down with my family for a long weekend, and could not have been more comfortable or relaxed. Fantastic, well-appointed house with plenty of space to lounge, sleep, cook and eat in - both indoors and out - and the golf cart made going to the beach effortless. Best of all, the property manager was prompt, polite, and expertly versed on the house and neighborhood - a complete pleasure to work with. i cannot wait to stay here again!

  This is the ultimate getaway property. You don't need to bring anything except clothes. Six of us girls spent a long weekend, and we all had plenty of personal space. The house is immaculate and very comfortable. This is the perfect house for almost everyone and a fun place for small children. The owners are wonderful people and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a great beach vacation.

  The house itself was clean, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property was spacious enough to have a graduation party that later became the perfect size for our mother/daughter group to spend a long weekend together. The beach was within walking distance but was made more enjoyable with the use of the golf cart. This is the perfect place for families with children of any age, but very much caters to small children. The owners and booking manager were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make our experience pleasant enough that we are already planning our next trip.

  Our beach weekend experience was wonderful.The photos do not do justice for the overall beauty of this home.Very clean and well maintained.Loved the area outside shaded and very nice for small children to play.A perfect location close to the waterway and the surf,golf cart an extra to enjoy.In hopes to stay again soon.The owners were great.A couple of favorites Surf House for lunch in Carolina Beach,Fish Bites leaving Carolina Beach over the bridge alittle ways on the left,great steaks and seafood great choice for dnner.You will love your stay and not want to leave.thanks L&C
