  Visited Tybee for a long weekend 17-20 May 2013. This condo was beyond our expectations, clean and very spacious! Great location to the beach and resturants. I will return to this property in the future and highly recommend it to my friends. The condo was spacious with the feel of being at home. My doughters have never been to Tybee but now are asking when we can return. The whole atmospher of the beach town is friendly and laid back allowing for a great visit.

  Our trip to Brass Rail Villas was excellent. The condo is exactly as described...upscale, large and well appointed. The pools are very nice, clean and not crowded. Our children enjoyed the large hot tub very much. Even though the condo is on the third floor, access is very easy with an elevator directly from the reserved parking places to the door...my disabled father in law did not have to negotiate steps at all. Scott and his team are very easy to work with, they gave personal service i had not experienced on VRBO before. I would definitely recomend this Brass Rail condo to anyone headed to Tybee Island!

  Loved this condo!! It is perfect for a Tybee getaway - in a great location, so we did not have to drive anywhere. Most everything is within walking distance. The condo is beautiful inside, and was very clean. The beach is also just a short walking distance away. I would highly recommend this condo!

  We loved every minute of our stay! The condo is so well kept, clean and it had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay perfect. The condo has a large balcony that overlooks the pool and was great for grilling. This condo is very spacious and much larger than it appears in photos. The property is very secure and there is reserved parking directly beside the elevator. The location is great and within walking distance to restaurants. This condo is fantastic and I would highly recommend booking.

  My family and I wanted to switch up our yearly Myrtle Beach vacation and decided on heading further south to Tybee Island. With less inventory on he island, it was hard to find an updated, 3 bed condo that fit our family's needs. I'm glad I found this condo! The interior was well appointed with updates throughout and the beds were very comfortable. The property is a gated community with assignd parking and the pools are exclusive to the condo residents only. The condo had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. The WiFi worked great and we spent alot of time on the large wrap-around porch. The condo is situatedin the best place possible on Tybee, right next to the Breakfast Club (which is a must-eat) and within a short walking distance to the main strip, surf shops and the pier. The owners were fantastic and are very reponsive to any questions. We loved going into Savannah every night for dinner/shopping (25 minute drive or so). If you are staying on Tybee, I would highly recommend staying in this condo!! It was a wonderful experience.

  We enjoyed staying in the beautiful condo. The weather was cool and so this prohibited the use of the pools. A good friend of mine had specifically found a condo with heated pools for their vacation, but I had not even thought of this. We enjoyed the location and the safety of the condo. We cooked several meals in the condo and found the kitchen well equipped. It was terrific being able to do laundry right there in the condo. We enjoyed many of the Tybee Island restaurants and several in Savannah. The only thing I could want for within the condo would be minor--a blow dryer for us with long hair. I did not pack this as most hotels now have blow dryers and I thought there might be one in the condo.

  Our family (5, 3 teenagers) stayed at this condo over spring break. It is a nice vacation and very relaxing. The condo has is a big balcony that overlooks the pool. The building has two pools and a hot tub. The bedrooms, furnished kitchen, and living room were all great - very comfortable, nice furniture, TVs, etc. There is a nice BBQ on the balcony. The beach is just 1/2 block. The condo had beach towels, chairs and other things for the beach - so you don't need to bring anything. The beach there is great. The owner was very accommodating - we had to call when we locked ourselves out and he arranged for us to get in right away. Tybee Island is relatively small but has nice places to eat and is close to Savannah. There are lots of activities that you can do there. We would definitely go back.

  Was one of the best decorated units I have ever had the pleasure of staying in and we travel all over the world. The location was great and only a short walk to the best breakfast I have ever eaten. Will definatly be back.

  Condo was fantastic! That was important since we were there while it was 40 degrees outside. The kids had a great time in the their rooms watching tv and playing. We enjoyed the peace & quiet. We went out to eat a local seafood restaurant, and it was great too. We'll definitely make it back during the warmer months. Had a great weekend getaway...
