This cabin is beautiful!! All the comforts of home and then some. This was our second trip to the Lost River Cabin and we can't wait to go back. Close to downtown French Lick and West Baden. If you are looking for a place to stay in French Lick you won't be disappointed with Lost River Cabin.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

we all had a WONDERFUL time AGAIN!! This is a beautiful cabin, has everything you could need, and if it isnt there, town isnt far!! We played in the woods, hot tub, brought an XBox and had a dance off, visited the local antique shops & the casino. . . . Not a dull moment at this cabin! Paoli skiing is CLOSE but we didnt venture there. Very clean and well maintained, very accurate description, only thing lacking (and we may have just overlooked them) may have been enough blankets for our group, but we made due and had a BLAST!! We'll be back next year!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place was perfect for us. The cabin was clean & neatly furnished. We had everything we wanted/needed! The "hot" hot tub was relaxing at night; the campfire ring, sound of the creek on the grounds, the occasional deer and extra snow added to the cabin's ambiance. There is no fireplace, but that actually ended up being a plus with our small children aboard. The faux fireplace/space heater was plenty. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Thanks so much for your hospitality! There is so much to do in French Lick; just bring a 4-wheel drive if you're coming in the winter. We will certainly be back. =DRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The cabin was everyting it claimed to be and more. I really wanted a fireplace, but the electric one heated to serve its purpose very well. Hot Tub just right. Bed linens and such very nice, warm and comfy. Kitchen well equiped. we had 9-10 people and were very comfortable. We will return! If I had any consern it was that the basement was cold. The electric fireplace might be better served there. Washer and dryer nice and worked well. :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We loved staying here, the owner's maintain a very clean high quality place. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, plenty of room for all. Enjoyed relaxing on the front porch drinking coffee and talking, listening to the wildlife. The hot tub was an added bonus. My son enjoyed the basement living space to play, while the teens hung out in the loft. The owner gave great directions and instructions. Would love to return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Just as listed and pictured --- BEAUTIFUL and very well kept! Peaceful and very welcoming. Has even more to offer than stated. We took our two children and their two friends. When you can please teens and tweens, that says a lot! The tweens thought the loft was perfect and the teens thought the game room and bedroom downstairs were perfect as their little "getaway". Correspendence and accommodations by Owners couldn't have been better. Thanks for a great time; we are looking forward to a return trip!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had such a wonderful time here. The Pictures show what you get, and it was beautiful. Very clean, had everything you could possibly need, except a potato masher, LOL!! but we had fun with it. It was so quiet, and loved having bad cell service, the family talked, played games, sat around the fire.. I could go on forever on how this place was. IF you want peace and quiet, nature, or just to reconnect with family, this is the place to do it.. Everything they mentioned was accurate. Would love to go back someday.. Wonderful cabin with everything we needed to relax, be comfortable, cook, grill, and entertain ourselves. Only 5-10 minutes from French Lick with all the things to do. Our only concern was that we only had intermittent cell signal for the phones and no wi-fi.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time at the cabin. It is new and VERY clean. The beds were comfortable. It has everything the owner mentions. There is NO phone service or WiFi. Next time I would take some comfortable chairs. Loved the log swing outside. Log chairs inside is a bit much. The view was nice woods all around except out the front. The owner is very nice and helpful. It was hot while there but the air conditioner was a welcome relief while inside. Plenty of parking space. Bathrooms were big and had everything we needed. Great drinking water on front of the fridge! Had all the necessary utinsils for cooking. It is not too far from French Lick Casino and the other things around that area. Over all great place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed 1 night on our way to TN. We wanted something tucked away and relaxing... this place did both! Loved the hot tub.. it was great after a long drive. The cabin was clean and the directions provided by the ownere were easy to follow so finding the place was easy. Only possible downsides.. there are no curtains on the front of the house which faces a trailor across the way. Overall good experience and would stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
