The Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a gated community 2 blocks from the beach. It is very child and family friendly. Our condo has all the amenities you could need, including a chef's kitchen, pool and beach toys, a laundry room in the unit, and all linens (including beach towels).
The screened lanai has a view of the Gulf for beautiful sunset views. Enjoy a cocktail while you take in the sunset!

About the owner: My husband and I have owned this condo since 2004 and try to visit Naples 3 or 4 times a year. Our son, Charlie, who is now 5, loves the condo, the pool and the beach! The Regatta is such a great place for families. :)
