Welcome to the beach! Our second floor non smoking oceanfront condo is a place of rest and relaxation where family and friends create lasting memories .When you come inside, you will know you are at the beach. Our newly decorated unit says beach everywhere you look and the views of the surf and sand are spectacular.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. All you need to do is add food. When you are ready to eat, sit in the dining area or enjoy your food in the ocean air on the balcony. The fully furnished living area has a sectional that includes a queen sleeper sofa, HDTV with cable and a DVD/VCR player. You also can gaze upon the ocean from either the large window or the sliding glass doors leading on to the deck.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, HDTV/DVD with cable, ceiling fan and an ocean view through sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony where the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. The second bedroom has twin beds, HDTV/DVD and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and are newly refurbished. There is a full size laundry room with storage.
On the balcony, you can relax in reclining chairs or sit on captain’s chairs that provide a panoramic view of why you came to the beach. Having morning coffee and evening refreshments outside are great ways to begin and end the day. All the while, a ceiling fan is keeping you cool as you listen to the sounds of the surf.
Sea Cloisters II is very well maintained with one of the largest pools on the beach and plenty of deck space. Just a few steps from the pool and you are on the beach and when you return outside showers are available to wash away the sand. Surfside is known as the “Family Beach” where the absence of high rise buildings provides less crowds and more relaxation.
We live just a few miles from the condo and are available if you need us. Our hope is that you have a wonderful time and will come back again.
Our HOA restrictions do not allow student groups. Pets are not allowed and violators are subject to eviction.

We had a wonderful Spring Break week here in Surfside Beach. This condo is very clean and was furnished with all we needed for a relaxing trip. The owner is very friendly and was helpful with all of our questions. The location is great for families who want to be close to the beach and family entertainment in a safe atmosphere.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful Spring Break in this absolutely immaculate beachfront condo. The second floor location provided the perfect balance of easy accessibility and amazing view. When staying here, you feel totally immersed in the sights, sounds, and fresh air of gorgeous Surfside Beach, since you really can't get any closer to the ocean. The bed was super comfy (very important to me!) and we had every comfort of home available in the unit. It was too cold to use the pool when we were there, but it is clean and beautiful...must make a return visit in the summer! When we arrived, there was some soap, toilet paper, and paper towels already in the unit...a seemingly small touch, but it's so nice to have these little necessities ready for us after a day of traveling. The owner was very accommodating, accessible, and helpful. I hope we can go back soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Beautiful views of the ocean, especially the sunrise! The owners went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, birdwatching in nearby Huntington Beach State Park, and just watching the surf. We love this area! We would highly recommend this place for couples or families who want to enjoy the beach without all of the clutter of high rises.....Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Loved the fact it was right on the beach. The best part was sitting on the deck in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Nice and quiet, best sunrise view ever from deck. Condo very neat and clean and very well stocked kitchen. Great pool and about 2 steps to beach and the beach was not at all crowded and it was spring break. Will stay here again if we go back to area. Thanks for a great vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
