"A single mother of four and grandma to one, 46-year-old Maria has been battling breast cancer when -- despite multiple chemotherapy threatments -- she developed brain metastasis as well. Devoted to her family, Maria worked tirelessly to make sure their days and routines were as normal as possible. Her one dream was for a special getaway full of happy moments and the opportunity to ignite her children's passion for creativity by showing them a new city and wild animals from around the world. We stayed at Penthouses 6 and 7 for three nights. There were 20 of us and we had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for the whole family to gather and have meals together, but also having a separate penthouse for people to relax and sleep was nice. The penthouses were fully stocked with all the dishes, blankets and everything else we needed. We will definitely recommend these penthouses to everybody for their family reunion!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our family rented the top floor condos for a birthday/family reunion. earlier this month. The units were as described. Clean, well stocked kitchens and baths. Gorgeous view. My only complaint is that I felt your advertising lead us to believe the units could comfortably sleep more than they did. Two of the air mattresses (doubles) had major air leaks and were unusable. One of the beds was a baby crib. I feel that the max. amount of people these units can hold is 20. Despite that one minor complaint we had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental to friends (with smalller parties).Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I rented both units for my family of 16 for a wedding which took place 12/02/12. What a fabulous experience!! The views are superlative; property clean and well-maintained with every amenity you can think of--they even left a generous gift basket of 2 bottles of wine, crackers, nuts and raisens in each unit. I dealt mostly with Samantha (also Becky) who was more than helpful--answering calls promptly and assisting with every need/question. Although the property is easily accessible to almost every attraction the city has to offer, we were mostly consumed with family gatherings. Some did visit the Midway, those and loved it. My son walked out the door and went surfing--thought he was in heaven. I would so love to rent this property again and would highly recommend it to others!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
