    It was the easiest rental I have experienced. I vaca in Fla yearly and this was the easiest "check-in" ever.I drove to the entrance gate,gave the guard my name and rental # and I was checked in! Marvelous. Previous rentals required driving to the rental office, waiting in line, signing papers, getting the key and then driving to the rental...I applaud the check in experience...

    We had a late arrival to the unit (11pm) due to a flight time change. When we arrived at the condo Sat night, all the lights in the unit were on, all the TV's were on full volume, and the door was cracked open an inch. Traveling with my mother in law, wife and 2 small children, I was not about to check this out on my own, nor did I want to be blamed if something in the unit was stolen. Took about 45 mins to get the property manager to check it out and his explaination was that the cleaning crew didn't turn the stuff off, nor did they lock the door. Everything inside was fine, (except the master shower was dirty, which they cleaned the next day) and they did change the lock code and added an extra internal lock so we would feel safe. Besides that, the rest of the stay was great!

    Unit was very nice except for finding dirty sheets on the bed in the master bedroom. Had a problem with internet access - but the problem was solved by management. Land line phone for the unit was not hooked up - management solved that issue. There were only two washcloths in the unit for 8 people. Management did deliver more. The unit was nicely decorated - overall we enjoyed our stay.

    I plan to tell everyone i know about this beautiful place. Wish there where more places this nice to be able to take our little Yorkie with us. She loved it, It was her first visit to the beach. she loved the balcony watching the people and waves and getting to walk on the beach. We took our daughters, Son-in-law and grandson.     We were pleasantly surprised! We made reservations only about one week prior to our stay and did not have a lot of information on the area, therefore did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The unit we stayed in was very nice. We were ocean front and watched a beautiful sunrise each morning and even saw dolphins one of the mornings. Having access to pools as well as the beach was great. The facility was very clean and well kept. We would definately like to return for another stay. Thank you!

    Luxury penthouse only begins to describe this beachfront condo. It is the finest we have stayed in at Cinnamon Beach!! The condo is spacious, modern and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal... From the huge balcony we would watch the sunrise and be overwhelmed by the gorgeous ocean view. Then at the end of the day, we would relax with a glass of wine and watch the dolphin swim by...excellent! The complex has every amenity with 2 large pools..the condo has WiFi, HDTV, Jacuzzi hot tub in the master bath...every thing to make our stay relaxing. We had want for nothing. We would literally walk for hours shelling on the beach or just watch the surfers or sailboarders. For a small town area, Palm Coast has ample ammenities and within an hour are many great attractions. So something for every taste...families or couples, young or old. Truly a slice of paradise. We look forward to returning again.

    We were very happy with our stay at Cinnamon Beach, the condo was very clean, modern, and quite.The whole area was beautiful and well maintained, the only compaint we had was how noisy the quiet pool was, young people playing ball and splashing in the pool. Other than that everything was perfect. We are planning to return next year. We have already recommened this property to friends.

    i had another condo picked out....we had stayed last year and the condo was very large..but when i called to reserve it the agent said he would put us in a penthouse condo for the same price, well this condo unit was the smallest in the building...we only had two couples so it was no big deal...but if we had more people we wouldn't have had enough room....but overall the place is pretty awesome...

    There were several ceiling lights out upon arrival. Telephone not working. Television remote missing. Management repair slow to respond. Never came back to change light bulbs and never got the phone working. Just took remote from other television. Few days later found that the DVD wasn't working. Since they never fixed the first items we never called about the DVD.

    The condo and the beach were fabulous. There were a few flaws: the coffee pot did not work, the pull wand for one side of the vertical blinds in the living room was broken so we could not close the blinds (normally we wouldn't want to, but we had record-low temperatures the first few days of our stay), and there were a couple of burned-out lightbulbs (e.g., over the bathtub in the master bath). Also, the living room furniture wasn't all that comfortable, but I guess that's a matter of personal taste. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. The house cleaner arrived just as we were leaving on Sunday and he helped us roll out our luggage - we greatly appreciated his random act of kindness!

    I would say the overall stay was OK. The condo unit was clean except for a few dirty spots on the kitchen rug and the king bed's comforter looked like it could use a washing or cleaning. The condo property grounds were well kept. However we had problems with the elevator. Three times during the visit the elevator would not work. We spent a lot of time trying to get up and down the steps to the 6th floor- 100 steps up and 100 steps down carrying items. I'm 60 years old, slightly overweight and it was very hard to manage with the elevator problem. I called several times regarding this situation. The elevator would not work for and hour or two, then either someone would come to see about it or it would "cool down" and it would work again. I was very concerned about the morning we were planning to check out because I just couldn't see how we were going to get everything (luggage, coolers etc.) down the steps. My son and his wife had both had back surgery and knee surgery and it would have almost impossible to get everything down to the vehicles. Management did offer to send someone to help if it was out of order at that time. Thankfully it was working when we packed up to leave and we didn't have to deal with that problem. Also, I was not aware when I rented the condo there was a rocky beach. There are large rocks on the beach that completely block access to the ocean. I've never been to a beach in Florida that had rocks blocking the use of the water. I had a 6 year old grandson and 8 year old granddaughter and they couldn't get in the water. So for three days we just sat there and looked at the ocean. <br/><br/>If it had not been for the elevator problem and the rocky beach, I would have considered it a good stay. <br/>

    While amenities were very nice clubhouse food/bar would not accept cash!!! Also was closed on most days because there werent enought people there??? So i should suffer??!! Lonely, elevator was broken for over 4 days and i was on 6th floor, groceries and moving in were . Also you could not bring coolers or even water/drinks to pool! If i wanted to pay hotel prices for drinks i would have stayed at a hotel instead of a condo!!!

    When we arrived, we noticed that the bedspread in the master had dog footprints on it and dog hair on the sheets. The property managers were extremely helpful and replaced the sheets. We also noticed that our daughters' feet started turning black from the dirty carpet. This was really troubling since the condo was beautifully decorated and appeared clean. The location and view were spectacular. I would only recommend that someone clean the carpets or replace with tile and possibly pressure wash the balcony. (Not easy on the 6th floor)

    Cinnamon Beach is a very beautiful location. The resort is located in a safe,gated community. The property we stayed in was nicely furnished, and pet friendly. We did feel right at home. We suggest an oceanfront condo when staying at the resort. The view is amazing!! Watch for the dolphins at play early in the mornings or late the evenings. The beach is wonderful for walking, collecting shells, buliding sandcastles, or enjoying the beautiful Flordia weather. I do suggest using cauation when playing in the ocean due to the coral rocks along the beach, and in the water. The pools are nice, and there is a special water area for the kids. We do recommend staying at Cinnamon Beach, and the Plam Coast area. We will stay here again.<br/>Also, the staff at Vacation Pros did an outstanding job with booking, direction, lockbox instructions, and handling our account. We really appreciate all their support in making our vacation super!

    Mu overall stay was wonderful. But the weekend we stayed it was raining and it was bikeweek. The process you had in place was very inconvinent. Need a better system in the furture. But I do understand the need for security.

    We called at the last minute to stay during the holidays, and were very pleasantly surprised. Agent was very accomodating. Beautiful, gated complex, quiet and uncrowded. Condo was beautiful, very comfortable, spacious and clean, with a great view and large balcony. On site staff very helpful. Would recommend to all. European Village close by.
