  We were so happy that the house looked exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and well appointed and so comfortable. Great location as well with beautiful views of the surf. It was the perfect "home away from home" to spend with our kids and grandkids. Thank you to the Honeycutt's for helping make some wonderful memories for all of us :) Although it wasn't "season" yet, many activities were not open yet for the little ones but I would definitely would recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking to spend time in this area.

  Our first visit to coastal NC and definitely not our last! Everything was perfect - house, beach and weather. Topsail was a great choice for our family. The children loved the beach and the secret room. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Honeycutt Haven is just what it says "a haven".

  This is a fabulous house! We truly enjoyed our stay here - it is close to the beach (just a short walk on a very private road). We could see the ocean and hear the waves from the deck - it was awesome! The house was very, very clean and we loved the layout - very open and airy. We would certainly go back there again - we didn't want to leave!!!

  Great house, great location, great deal !!!! We loved Honeycutt Haven. All the way from Boston ,,,,,so it was a long trip but worth every minute. The beach was fantastic and so quiet. My favorite part was sitting on the porch overlooking the beautiful ocean. What a great home you have!

  We had 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 1 to 10). House was actually pretty quiet even with all the running and loud kids. Plenty of space too! The secret room was so much fun:) The kitchen was well-stocked and my husband was thrilled with the grill tool kit. While not on the beach we only had to walk past 2 houses to get to it, so no issue for us. We spent every day on the beach playing in waves and tidal pools. Close enough to grocery and other activities, though we really did not do anything but play on beach.

  Owner response: North Topsail is an awesome beach for quality family time. The beach is never crowded, and the sunsets are magnificent! Honeycutt Haven is the perfect retreat for your next vacation!

  We have enjoyed staying Honeycutt Haven in North Topsail each for the past 5 summers. As the pictures show, this beautiful beach home is very spacious and perfect for our vacations with 4 adults and 6 children (now 5-13 years). There is plenty of space for eating, playing games, sitting together, or even getting some quiet time for an afternoon nap or TV if that is what you want to do. Inside is very open with lots of natural light to enjoy the outside even while inside. Access to the beach is very convenient to take toys, chairs, and/or fishing gear. An outside shower is great for rinsing off after coming up from the beach and the deck is made of Trex board (easy on the feet, no splinters!) Our kids enjoying eating lunch together on the covered deck when taking a break from the beach (also great for keeping sandy children out of the house!). It is centrally located between Topsail and Snead's Ferry, so either direction is convenient if you need/want to run out for anything. Honeycutt Haven is a place we would recommend for a great stay at North Topsail.
