  Great vacation home - quiet, clean, open, and light. Exactly as described. We were able to take a run down the neighborhood streets, relax in the pool, and enjoy a cocktail on the patio. Plenty of games and beach gear for small children. Only a few minutes away from Carlsbad's beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We would stay again just to be able to deal with Debbie again!

  I really enjoyed staying here. It is more like a home than a condo. It is very clean, light & open, surrounded by trees, and quiet. Also, the master bedroom has a good firm bed....very important if you have any back pain, as I do. The photos accurately reflect the property and the location has a lot to offer. Also, it is a pleasure to work with Debbie, the owner. I will be returning.

  My family had a wonderful time here. The condo gave us plenty of room and was in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and walking everywhere we could in the area. The owners were great and took care of everything better that I could even imagine. There was plenty for us to do both in the condo and when we went to the pool or beach. Honestly, I would recommend this rental to anyone!

  We really enjoyed our 4 night stay over the holidays. This place made us feel right at home. Debbie was great to deal with and checked on things all the time. We would definitely stay again when staying in the Carlsbad area. The place was equipped with everything you could ask for. Thanks Debbie for making the holidays a great family experience.

  Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. Your place was very comfortable and extremely roomy! The pool which is close by was very clean and wonderful to come home to after our full days at Legoland. I recommend your place to anyone looking for accomodations in this area. It is very central and close to the beach, great restaurants and Legoland! Thanks again

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We found the rental to be very clean and well stocked. It was just wonderful to stay in a place that felt so much like home. The location was nice and many restaurants and stores are just a short drive away. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

  Although San Diego is famous for the beaches, we visited the area for a baseball tournament. This condo & it's location was perfect for our needs; close to shopping, restaurants & located within a short drive to freeway & beaches. The owner was VERY responsive to unforeseeable mishaps and was extremely gracious & generous in making our stay pleasant during the minor repairs that were required. The condo is spacious and well equipped for a week long home away from home. The pool was a welcome relief in the evenings after long days in the sun at baseball games. The condo community is quiet, clean & private. We will look to stay in this home again if we are in San Diego again next year!

  Our experience with this rental was A+! It's roomy, clean, spacious and comfortable. The master is huge with two sinks, walk in closet and a very comfortable bed. The other rooms were quite comfortable and there were two nice bathrooms. The entertainment center was excellent and our teens loved playing Xbox on it. The kitchen, while a little bit compact, was quite nice for preparing meals for a day at the beach or dinner after a nice beach day! The location of the property was incredibly convenient for Sbux, gas, groceries and even shopping. We, as a family prefer the white sandy beaches of LaJolla shores and this location is a short 20 minute drive away! However there were many unexplored beaches just 5 minutes away by car. There were no serious shortcomings to the rental! Loved it! Little things we discovered using the property: - no veggie peeler. We bought one and left it for you. - tv controller in family room needs new batteries - clothes washer did not work on 'regular' setting but did work on all others we used.

  This was a wonderful place to stay: a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful city. The pictures did not do it justice! The house was immaculate and well stocked. It was peaceful and comfortable and we felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. We stayed there with our two little girls (toddler and infant) and a family friend and had more than enough room. It was an easy drive to the beach (we tried out all three Carlsbad beaches), local shopping, restaurants, parks, and the more touristy areas as well. It was convenient to get to the freeways for travel to San Diego as well. It was also wonderful to have access to the pool and a quiet neighborhood for our evening walks. We always prefer to stay in a more local neighborhood, and we got just what we wanted. We would highly recommend this location and these owners :)

  This was a great spacious property! Within walking distance to La Costa Resort for morning walk. Close to all area attractions and only a few miles away from beaches. Centrally located - nice drive up the coast to Del Mar. On this visit we went to both Torrey Pines 1/2 hour away and Temecula 45 min - easy drive to both. We ate both at the house to grill out and some great close restaurants. The condo was clean and perfect for a getaway. It can easily house 6 adults. We recently stayed at another condo rental.....cardboard beds. These beds are new and comfortable!
