  We stayed in July 2007. The unit was almost new. Furnishings were excellent. Nice layout over three floors. Private garage space. Balconies facing toward ocean. Within short walk to beach. Beautiful surroundings in central location. Great experience!

  My sister's family, my two boys, a daughter and her friend and I stayed in this condo for spring break in 2010. The living area was more than enough room for us all and we could have our privacy if we wanted to. The beach was close enough to go enjoy and we could even run back to eat lunch then return without much effort. The shops and resturants were in walking distance and the kids loved being able to go when they wanted. I would recommend this condo for a couple of familys or 1 large family and very kid friendly. We plan on staying for spring break again this year.. Very clean and wonderful accommadations.

  Location, location, location!! This home has it all. We took a family vacation with my husband and two boys (ages 10 and 12), my sister and her spouse, my Mom and my grandmother. This was the perfect place for us to spend the week. We all had our privacy and had plenty of room for more guests. My grandmother enjoyed the afternoon sitting on the balcony while the kids enjoyed the pool. This house is ideal because it is so close to the beach, if you forgot something, no big deal - back at the house within a couple of minutes. We rarely used our car the entire week because we were able to walk to just about any where we wanted to go. Great restuarants, entertainment for kids and nightlife for the adults all within a few blocks. We were there during spring break and found this home to be very quiet and private but in the midst of all the PCB. We are planning on returning again this year. :) Love the house, it is a wonderful place to stay!

  I have stayed here twice now and each time have had a great experience! This place is so spacious, with all the accomidation you could ask for!!!!! And the view "WOW" !! Really like having everything right there too, the shops and resturants and the beach!!! Even those times where I just wanted to relax by the pool and not do the beach that day!! It met all my vacation needs and more!!! And to top it off, it doesn't matter when you go. If ya have to stay inside you have a wonderful comfort of home sweet home!! Will con't to put you at the top of my list of places to stay when I am visiting Panama City!!! Thanks so much! Best in PCB!!!!!!

  Well where to start????? This was our first family vacation with our NEW family. We had such an awesome time. The beach was within walking distance which was wonderful with the kids. The house had everything that we needed and each of us had plenty of room to lounge. The pool next door was wonderful for the evening.......thanks so much for sharing your home :)

  I stayed in this home a few years ago for spring break. There was a few families staying in this home and it accomidated us very well.. Very clean, very nice decor, FABULOUS kitchen and master suites..I will go back to this home someday. Just walking distance to the beach, 5 secs to the walmart in that area. close to all the shops and things to do...Thank you for a wonderful time.
