ON THE BEACH! Kick off your sandals and walk down a few stairs to the sugary white sand that Seagrove is famous for. Less than 3 miles to Seaside.
Grill out on the huge deck with a margarita in hand while dolphins splash in the gulf. You cannot get any closer to the water!
The main floor on this recently remodeled town home opens to a huge deck, right on the beach. This floor includes a comfortable living area, dining table, 1/2 bath, and fully loaded kitchen. The couch doubles as a pull out bed in a pinch. The home is charmingly decorated with lots of owner touches.
On the second level, you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean in the Master Bedroom opening to a private deck overlooking the gulf. The Master has a king bed and private bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds and its own private bathroom. The entire unit and deck has free wireless.
Wake up in the morning and go swimming with dolphins and the occasional sea turtle in your front yard. No more hauling grumpy kids, chairs and coolers to the beach - you are already there! We supply the beach chairs, beach towels, a chest full of toys, nets and boogie boards, and the beach...
When its time to wash off the sand, head to one of the two Summer's Edge pools (one of which is heated), both a minute walk away.
Then hop on your bike and head down the bike path to Seaside - less than 3 miles away. Or, head the other direction 5 miles to Rosemary, making sure to stop at the infamous doughnut truck along the way! There are charming restaurants and shopping in both places.
Ramsgate is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the an area that is wonderful for families. If you are here you know the Emerald Coast was just voted one of the Top 5 Beaches in the US. Come make it a family tradition!

Spent a week here with my daughter and her family (2 small kids) and just had a ball. Wonderful location convenient to activities, beautifully decorated immaculate home, comfortable beds and furnishings, no detail left out, a beach to die for... what's not to love? Falling asleep and waking up to the waves right outside the sliding glass door was heaven - thanks so much for the best vacation ever!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Molly"s place is fantastic! The location is perfect, the set up at the condo is perfect and it has everything you need! Working on the WiFI on the deck with the Gulf view, not sure it gets any better! To hear the waves at night was over the top! We highly recommend this place!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This townhome was perfect for our stay at Seagrove Beach! The description made it seem great but it was even better than expected. We loved the huge deck and easy beach access, it was nice to be able to leave things on the beach and run inside. We also could truly enjoy the sunsets with drinks on our deck. Everything was clean and the notes sent before from the owner were very helpful with little details. We also had some questions while we were staying there and the owner was prompt to respond. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked, even having laundry detergent to do a load of wash! We will definitely check out availability for the next time we head down to the beach - this really is a perfect townhome!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family stayed the first week of August and had an amazing time. The house is pristine, the kitchen fully loaded, and the beach is just gorgeous. The weather served up a couple of night time thunderstorms, but that just made the boogie boarding better the next days. The proximity of the house to the water makes it perfect for families with young children. And we grilled on the deck every night. (Goatfeathers!) This was the most enjoyable rental we have had on 30A.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This beach home was perfect for our family of 4...We loved being directly on the beach- view was AMAZING and we loved being able to watch our kids from the deck. Home was very clean and the owners had it stocked with extras to make our stay perfect. (Toys, umbrella service and beach chairs was provided) and the owners were very accomodating. In fact, we had small issue with AC and internet service and they sent someone within the hour of being notified to fix it. We will deifintely want to stay here again next summer- Thanks for a perfect end to the summer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Its better than the pictures, so easy, and RIGHT on the beach! Very clean, fresh and up to date. I would highly recommend this to families or couples. This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The property was clean and comfortable. The best part was being on the beach. We lived on the large balcony watching the sunrise, the sunset, our boys skim boarding and the stars at night. The property owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. Father's Day at the beach! Fantastic place. The owners have thought of everything you need to enjoy your stay...a very well-stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds, movies to watch, beach chair service, items for the kids - boogie boards, sand buckets, nets, balls, games. The owners were great to communicate with and had additional toys sent while we were there, because they heard from previous guests that some had broken or were lost! The view was amazing. We ate on the deck almost every meal because the setting is so perfect. The pools are very close and refreshing. Mornings were great for fishing in the surf and the evenings are just perfect for watching your kids play in the sand or for having a drink on the deck... Great place! We can't wait to go back!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
