Mi Casa is a contemporary home, simple yet elegant, with open views of the ocean and the Sierra Laguna mountains, overlooking chili fields.
The house has 3 wide bedrooms (2 king size beds and 1 full size bed + optional california king size tatami) with stunning views from the numerous windows, and 2 baths.
The living room has a large comfortable couch and moroccan seating pillows, a fireplace and massive view windows over-looking farmland, mountains, desert and ocean. A floor-to-ceiling bookshelf divides the living area from the wide open chef kitchen, furnished with professional appliances. The decor of all the rooms is a mix of modern design and moroccan pieces, selected with care over time. All the bedrooms have fans, 14' high ceilings, and sliding doors with mosquito nets.
The living area and kitchen open onto a large cantilevered terrace facing west with wonderful views of sunset on the ocean, desert gardens filled with aloe vera and cactus, visited regularly by beautiful birds, and a 70 foot lap pool. The entrance walled patio facing east is perfect for enjoying the view of the moonrise over the sierra mountains, among citrus and palm trees. Here you will have one of the best night skies view, being out of town enough not to be affected by light pollution.
The house is nested on 2 acres of land north of Todos Santos, 5 minutes away from one of the most popular local surf beach, where you can also spot whales, go fishing or simply walk.
A couple of caretakers lives on the property in a separate studio.

About the owner: We are an italian couple with a 10 year old son. We moved to Todos Santos from Montana, loved it and decided to build our home. We lived there until we moved to Puglia, in south of Italy where we are right now.
