  We loved the condo, we had everything we needed and more. We didnt even have to pay to go snorkeling since we had our gear there which was so great, we went out every morning and used it. Thank you so much for the awesome experience. We loved Maui :)

  Four adults and a teenager stayed in this condo, we all had a great time! The description provided was completely accurate and the condo was perfect for our needs. We cooked on the bbq as well as used the kitchen, plenty of pots and pans, utensils etc. Great location close to the beach:) The owners were great, quick responses to all of our emails, we even requested a later checkout because of our 10pm flight, and they were able to accomodate us. Highly recommend Moose McGillicuddy's for food and drink. There is also a great nature walk/run that follows the coast, we ended up at the Wailea Marriott. We also did the road to Hana and went snorkeling on the Frogman II. Would recommend this condo to anyone:) Thanks for everything!!

  Our week long stay went without a hitch, thank you very much for the use of your condo. All of the children loved to be at the beach within a couple of minutes of walking, and enjoyed the beach toys available to them. It seemed like anytime anybody asked about a kitchen appliance, we just had to turn around and there it was. Everything was well stalked and ready to go. Thank you again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in this condo. It is completely equipped including beach and snorkel gear and is ideally located. It's far enough back from the road that all you hear at night is the sound of the ocean and yet a pleasant walk to the restaurants and shops of South Kehei. The price was right and the owners engaged, calling us while we were in the unit to make sure everything was alright. As mentioned elsewhere the only thing missing is an ocean view but then the price makes up for that. The two bedroom/bathroom configuration was great. Our son and his girlfriend joined us for a week and the unit did not feel crowded. We're now on the Big Island and already missing this place on Maui.

  My family and I rented this condo for our 2 week Christmas holiday in Kihei. My husband and I had the master, our 16 year old daughter had the 2nd bedroom and our 18 year old son had the sofa bed. There was lots of space for the 4 of us. All the photographs on the website showed exactly what the condo looked like and it was beautifully clean and well looked after. We only had supper at the condo once during our 2 weeks but the bbq's were clean and well maintained when we went to use it. Had breakfast most days at the condo. Made sandwiches most days for lunch on the beach. We loved that there were beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, an umbrella, a boogie board and a cooler. We loaded these in the trunk of the rental car on our 1st day and only took them out on the last day! So much fun to have these things there to use. Kamaole III beach at the end of the driveway was a great beach but we did try others as well. Big Beach was nice and very natural but get there early to get a parking spot! Our favourite restaurants were Cafe O'Lei (best to book unless you want to eat early or don't mind waiting), Fred's Mexican and above it there was Moose McGillycuddys ~ both of these were very lively bars but the food was great! If you are willing to drive instead of walking then try Fat Daddy's Smokehouse and BBQ, which was down by Foodland, excellent food (the ribs were awesome) and quite cheap. For dinner on Christmas day we booked at Longhi's at the Shops at Wailea ~ bit more expensive but excellent service and food. We found a great breakfast spot called Stella Blues quite far from the condo so has to be driven to but worth it. I would say a rental car is a must as there is lots to see and do on the island. Beware when booking excursions at any booths, if you want the discount option then you will have to do a time share tour which they say will be 2 hours but ends up being 4 hours ~ we found out the hard way and had 4 hours of very hard sell ~ not worth the $400 savings we got on the Molokini Crater trip! We booked through the booth by Freds ~ if you don't mind these then the savings are good! Would definately recommend this condo ~ the price is a definate plus, the location in Kihei is good, it is clean and well looked after, the complex is quiet and safe ~ only thing missing is an ocean view! The best restaurant in Maui (in our opinion) is Mama's Fish House in Paia. It's quite expensive, but what a food and a view! Definitely worth going at least once, may be for a special occasion.   The condo was as described - VERY CLEAN and had all the beach items that we needed. It was nice that we didn’t have to provide paper products and some cooking staples. The condo was very quiet and we enjoyed the birds singing in the morning! This was our first trip to Maui and location of condo was perfect - close to the beaches (Kam III right across the street) and golf course. Besides the beaches, we enjoyed shave ice and the swap meet in Kahului on Saturdays Raphael and Natalya were very helpful with directions to the condo and end of stay instructions. Raphael called to make sure all was well – which we very much appreciated. We used the grill area for cooking – most evenings. Very nice grills and they were always clean! We highly recommend this condo. It is well maintained, great price for a 2 bedroom, and great location. Thanks for sharing with us.

  Listing was very accurate to actual property. Photos are accurate. Property was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very easy to contact and gave clear directions & rules. Very easy to get the keys to the location and check-in/out was a breeze. I really liked that it was equipped with many extra ammenities such as beach towels, floaties, bodyboard, toilet paper, paper towels, beach chairs, some kids stuff, lots of kitchen utensils, etc. Made vacationing a lot easier not having to purchase many items for one time use. Also, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and sheets. It's not on the beach, but that's ok because the price is jsut right. It's only about 2 blocks from the beach, a very easy walk, and close to shopping and eating in Kihei. Ample parking in the lot. In Kihei we really enjoyed Cafe O'Lei (their Crab Club was one of my top 5 sandwiches of all time and my wife loved her chicken), as well as the 808 Deli and 808 Bistro. You must try the shaved ice, it is crazy delicious. In Lahaina the Cool Cat Cafe has good american eats (burgers are phenomenal). Recommend spending time in Lahaina for fishing trips, checking out the Banyan tree and going to shops. We also took a helicopter ride from Air Maui to Molokai. It was the highlight of our trip. Road to Hana is fun but really really long, like 10 hours. Along the way to Hana on the south shore is Oheo Gulch aka seven sacred pools. It's about a 4 mile round tripper, but you get to see pools, waterfalls, banyan trees, bamboo forest, and a huge waterfall (like 300+ feet) at the end. Highly recommended. Just use the "Maui Revealed" guidebook and you'll be fine. You can't go wrong renting this condo; great owners, great price, great location.

  Thanks for a wonderful stay in Kihei. We enjoyed the condo and it had everything we needed, including snorkeling gear in the 2nd BR closet. It was very clean and well maintained. The owners were helpful and answered any questions immediately. We spent time on several beaches and the short walk to Kam III was great. Big Beach in Makena is awesome too. We really enjoyed out whale watching tour with the Pacific Whale Foundation out of Ma'alaea. Since it was humpback whale mating season we had a spectacular tour! Standup paddle boarding and snorkeling were so much fun and we saw lots of fish and sea turtles. We enjoyed running along the beaches right by our condo and there is a great walk in Wailea in front of all the resorts. As for food, Monkeypod Kitchen in Wailea has a great happy hour and beautiful view. For pizza, look up or ask when Outrigger pizza truck is in Kihei - very tasty wood fire pizza! Maui Gelato has the best gelato. Since we were there for 8 days, we used the kitchen in our condo and went to Costco where the deals are much more reasonable than any of the grocery stores. You can also get the guidebook: Maui Revealed at Costco there, which we used a lot! Thanks again for a memorable stay!

  My wife and I stayed here in February, 2012 and had a great time! As stated, the condo is within walking distance of a great beach (Kam III). It's also within walking distance of the Kihei boat ramp so there's easy access if you're going on any snorkeling/whale watching adventures that leave from there. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. The owner was responsive and called to check on how things were going part way through our stay. We both agreed that we would be happy to stay there again in the future.
