About the owner: We have been coming to the Coachella Valley for over 30 years. Along with our two daughters, we now are fortunate enough to own our own place. Because of our vast knowledge of the area, we knew exactly what we wanted and took a long time to find what we think is the perfect home away from home. When you come from Western Canada like we do, you want to make sure that your vacation home has lots of sun and fun, which is exactly what we ended up with!
Why the Owner Chose Laguna de la Paz:
The location of this condo is in the community of Laguna De La Paz. It is guard-gated which gives us a sense of security both while we are there and more importantly, while we're not. It is quick to get in and out of, being just off Washington Street on Eisenhower Drive. Golf courses, restaurants and just about everything else we need/want are minutes away. The people in this community are friendly and the views are beautiful.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love to sit on our patio and enjoy the sun, which we get all day with our south exposure. In particular, we love to enjoy a cocktail in the late afternoon, while we sit amongst our fruit trees and countless flowers. As the sun sets over the mountains, we like to 'pick some mix' off the super sweet pink grapefruit trees next to the pool. The Greyhounds never tasted so good!!
