This property is on a deep canal that has open access to the ocean. Very tastefully decorated and sleeps 8 comfortably. Relax on the porch and watch the boats and sailboats go by. There is a bayson with a marina at the end of the canal. Catch Snapper right off of the canal or take your boat out to the sand bar right outside of the canal to Tavernier Island. This property is close to shopping and restaurants. Lots of local bands play at the restaurants at night.

The house is newly furnished and supplied. Many of the kitchen goods were still in the packaging. All of the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds seemed new. The back deck overlooking the canal was a great place to relax.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

What a fantastic keys vacation home! This house is newly remodeled and we were the fortunate first to rent. My family of 5 were greeted by all new furniture, appliances and a well stocked house. Maritza and Geronimo own the house next door and were great help when it came to planning our next days adventure. First the location...for boating and fishing - perfect ocean-side location. We like to snorkel so the very close proximity to Molasses, Pickles, Conch, and Hens & Chickens reefs made snorkeling trips super convenient. We love to off-shore fish and were able to be in the gulf stream very quickly. I also love the ocean side because of the light summer breezes. Tavernier creek is just 5 minutes by boat (take the short cut instead of going all the way around Tavernier key) and you are in the gulf side in no-time which is also great ... calm protected water for water sports, etc. We spent most of our home time on the huge balcony with canal view - instant relaxation. Pretty and quiet neighborhood. Restaurants ? - nice restaurants close by and also in Islamorada 10 minutes away. Grocery store and drug store 1 minute away. Boat ramp simple - just a mile or so north... Dock fantastic. This is truly a great keys property - allowed us to really enjoy keys fun and keys beauty in total comfort. About the owner: I'm a real estate investor who buys fixes and resells properties for a living. I come to the Keys often to relax and enjoy a good book with a glass of wine and a great sunset. We are close to grocery stores and 8 miles from a kmart. Lots of craft stores to visit but if your looking for a mall your in the wrong place. Ocean access in second will take you to the beautiful water of the Keys. Fishing and snorkeling are my favorite and I enjoy watching my Husband spearfish. Come relax and enjoy the clean open floor plan this house has to offer.
