This rental is the upstairs of this home. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master is the entire third level of the home with beautiful views from many patios and balconies. It has a king bed with TV and sitting area with a pull out couch. The other 2 rooms have 2 twins in each with DVD TV's. The twins can be pushed together and sheeted with king sheets if wanted. The kitchen flows into the family room covered in floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the water.
One bath has a tiled shower and the other features a jetted tub to relax in with a shower. There is a washer and dryer which is shared between both the upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The property has a very large side yard and plenty of room to store a boat trailer. The property is also fenced all around so you are welcome to bring your pets. The entire house is tiled which keeps it clean after pets visit.
There are clean linens, towels and beach towels in the closet. Many of our guests come back each year due to the excellent accommodations! The cabana by the water is a guest favorite! Come enjoy & relax!
On canal connecting to Snake Creek... 100' foot concrete dock with fish cleaning stand, water and electricity and dock ladder. Bring your boat, jet skis or any other water gear. The house is a short distance to supermarkets, movie theater, dive shops, and full service marinas with fuel, bait and tackle. Also near the Islamorada charter fleet where you can enjoy diving and fishing.
The Theater of the Sea is just a few minutes away and provides the opportunity for you to swim with the Dolphins and Sea Lions. Easy access to ocean or bay via Tavernier Creek or Snake Creek. Minutes from the best fishing and diving in the USA's only coral reef.
Located South of Pennekamp Park and just north of Islamorada. One mile North of Plantation Yacht Harbor. Were you can enjoy many facilities, such as: Olympic-size pool, skateboard ramps, baseball and softball fields, basketball, tennis, dog kennel, beach, playground, walking and bicycle paths, and much more. Centrally located near great restaurants where you can experience the local cuisine.
You can do as much as you want or nothing at all.
